Tried the fried fish fillet sandwich. It was pretty good. It tastes just like the McDonald's fish fillet sandwich, but this Arby's version is a little bigger. The breading is thin and it does not overpower the taste of the fish. Both McDonald's and Arby's have a 2 for $6 special for them. Tried the Meat Mountain sandwich. It is a cost effective way to try all of the meats to decide what future sandwiches you might like. However it is a bit pricey for a fast food sandwich and will just be a single time novelty purchase. Like most fast food restaurants, the sandwiches look way bigger in the advertisement photos. This sandwich stands about 3.5" tall including the bun and contains all of the meats for $12. The bacon was crispy and the meats were all tender and tasty, however the corned beef was very fatty. The chicken strips were small and very dry. Tried the Jamocha shake. It neither had a strong chocolate or coffee flavor. It tasted 99% like a vanilla shake with maybe a 1% trace of coffee/chocolate flavor. I'll stick to chocolate shakes in the future. Tried the curly fries. I wasn't a fan of the batter coating and won't get them again. Tried the King's Hawaiian Fish Deluxe sandwich. It's their regular crispy fish fillet with shredded lettuce, tomatoes, cheddar cheese, and tartar sauce on a King’s Hawaiian bun. The tomatoes were perfectly ripe and the real cheddar cheese was a a good compliment to the sandwich. The King's Hawaiian bun was very fresh with just a hint of sweetness. This very tasty sandwich wins the fast food fish sandwich war hands down. Update: Tried the Spicy Prime Rib Cheese steak. It had a good amount of meat and was very tasty. However it a bit pricey. Update: Tried the roast beef sliders using the 2/$1 deal. Good value and taste. Update: Got 2 classic roast beef sandwiches. Good taste. Update: The crispy fish sandwiches are back! Two for $6. Update: Got the Brisket, Roast Beef, Bacon Dip sandwich. It was very good and the dipping gravy was tasty and not overly salty. Update: Got two Crispy Fish sandwiches. They are better and larger than the McD's Filet-o-Fish. Update: Got the Roast Beef, Jalapeno Roast Beef, Chicken, and Buffalo Chicken sliders; and a large Curly Fries. The roast beef sliders were very good, and the diced jalapenos added a kick of heat. The chicken sliders were good, but a little on the dry side. The fries were just ok, since there were only several curly fries on top, and mostly tiny 1"-1/2" fragments filling the remainder of the container. Update: Got a Jalapeno Beef slider and a Half Pound Cheddar Beef sandwich. Both were very good. Update: Got the bacon deluxe chicken sandwich. It was very good. Got a jalapeno beef slider. It was very good. Update: Got a Cheddar Beef slider and a Greek Gyro. Both were very good. Update: Got a Reuben sandwich. It was very good. Update: Got a Chicken Bacon Swiss sandwich. It was very good. Update: Got two beef n cheddar sandwiches. They were very good. Update: Got the King's Hawaiian Fish Deluxe sandwich. It was very good. Update: Got a French dip sandwich. It...
Read moreThis place used to be good and well-run. Seems to be under new management. It's been a disaster lately. My mom ordered a bottle of milk with her order - an item they very much carry. The guy who took the order was simply not English-literate enough to be doing the job and failed to put it on the order. When the girl at the window read it back, Mom corrected her and said she also wanted a milk. The girl said she'd just give her a milk. This required three people at the register to correct and somehow they INSISTED that we could not have a CHOCOLATE SHAKE for free. We were perfectly willing to pay for the plain white milk my mom actually ordered but for some reason no amount of communicating that she just wanted a bottle of plain white milk could convey this to them, and we were told repeatedly that we did not order and could not have a chocolate shake. Unbelievable incompetence. Sad to see a good...
Read moreDO NOT EAT HERE.
First, I love Arby's. I grew up with it, and eat at various ones frequently.
I will never come to this location again. The "manager" is incompetent. I got some iced tea and noticed some residue along the side of the cup as I was drinking it... not that big of a deal, until I noticed a large dark "mass" floating in the bottom of the glass. It looked stringy and dark brown. This is AFTER I drank a third of the cup.
I took it to the manager, she looked into the cup and gave kind of a "gross" face, then took MY CUP and refilled it from the dispenser behind the counter. When I said "no, I don't want more tea" she just hands me a new cup.
I don't care about the tea. I care about what was in it, and what I potentially drank.
She was unapologetic and dispassionate about it, and just shrugged and said they'd make new tea, then accused me directly of doing something...
