I have been a customer for years the service was great and all until a monday night we decide to go and try out there wings for the first time. I cannot the food tht was served to us. We ordered there shrimp nachos which was horrible. The nachos was stated as grilled stomp butter nachos. First of the shrimp was not grilled and when I asked the server about it she said this is how is send. It was full of butter could’ve got a heart attack if how greasy it was poured over nachos that made food soggy. Hardly any refried beans so when I mention it the severer brought it to me and did not tell me it was an extra charge for it till after I got the bill, talking about customer service. Now let’s talk about these Monday night wings they advertise, I am a wing expert when they brought those wings out with it the first bite I took it was cold and meat was raw. I immediately bought it to The server attention she said she was gunna call her manager Tanya on the phone and then came back and took a picture of my food, and said according to Tanya the bar manager the wings were not raw. And the shrimp was good to go. I mean how is she gunna tell me there not raw by looking at a picture and then told her server to tell us there’s no way the chicken can be raw when they ate cooked fist thing in the morning. Ok wit a minute, so now your saying the food is pre-cooked since the morning sit all day and served to me at night when I place my order at 9pm. OMG, are you serious Tanya , shame on you for serving pre made food , that’s like serving a dish with a hi air or a bug in it. That is so disgusting I’m so glad I didn’t not eat and still got charge a full bill. I hope your $40 was with kissing a great customer. Could not even be considerate. It takes a lot to have customer service when running a business. Maybe it’s not for you Tanya. Anyways this is my review about the terrible service and food. Had fun playing corn wad or corn throw, or maybe it is called corn hole. Either way, it was fun and enjoyable. Several people bought the bartender a shot for her birthday. Her boyfriend really enjoyed them very much. His favorite seems to be Jager, and who can blame him. I mean, it's delicious after all, and what better way to get the party started than to really go for it and have something free to drink. Another thing I noticed was the fun times the patrons were having when they were there. And the people at the table that were eating food, I noticed them as well. Also, it's time to give a shout out to the entire staff that were possibly preparing the appetizers and laughing. Don't forget that parking is free and even the locals that come here regularly can sometimes experience things that don't exactly go as planned.
