My experience was horrible and unexceptable while I went in to this establishment with my wife and 18 month old son I was purchasing socks and wristband for him to jump on trampoline and for there slide while I was purchasing this my 18 month old ran on there mat and an employee by the name GINA put her hands on my child forcibly removing him from there play area which was very unexceptable my wife then told her I had the socks for him and not to touch our child again then Gina walks over to another employee that was setting up a party I believe her name is Lily they started talking then giving dirty looks towards us making us feel very uncomfortable to even be there then she goes back to her post standing in front of the play area and let's other kids with no socks or wrist bands go in she trys to call to them twice then just gives up and lets them still play but with my 18 month she walks in the play area to pull him out I don't know there policies but I'm sure putting hands on a child is not one of them so then another employee in a red shirt I didn't catch her name but I think it started with an A comes over and I assume she is a manager or something dressed differently from the rest of the employees I was going to confront Gina to the manager but I over hear Gina telling her her side of the story and both girls laugh and give rude looks to us so that's why I take it to here because of management is giving me rude looks as well then there's no way I'll get the proper help there and the girl in the red shirt came over to talk to Gina multiple times and made us feel even more uncomfortable and while they were talking and making us feel uncomfortable there are multiple kids with no socks or wrist bands in and out of there play area and kids even running in the back were it's employees only bringing out goggles and stuff from there because they were to busy gossiping and making us feel unwelcomed on top of that it took a whole hour to get an appetizer we ordered, there needs to be some type of consequences for...
Read moreWe always have family parties at Chuck E Cheese’s and this location is the worst I’ve ever been to. I ordered a plate for the unlimited salad bar, a drink and some wings. First off, there was no lettuce and when I asked the lady if they were going to refill the container, she told me that they usually fill it when they do. I stood there for about 10 minutes, watching the girl (who saw that there were people standing there waiting behind me) change the trash bag instead of helping the customers who were waiting for salad. Next, I went to get sierra mist and it was carbonated water so i changed it to Mt. Dew. As I pushed the cup in to the little leaver, it was leaking from behind the Mt. Dew logo all over my hand! Lastly, we waited for about 40 min for the wings. We asked how long it usually takes and the girl said 20-30 min but they’re coming out of the oven in 2 min (time stamp on my receipt says 16:01 and it was 16:42). 5 min later, my buzzer went off and I went to get the wings. I asked the girl if it only takes 20-30 min why did we wait 45? All she said was sorry and walked away. When I got to the table I picked up a wing and it was cold! There is no way that the wings just came out of the oven and then they’re cold! So we brought them back. They were going to “cook” some in 10 min and give us a $20 play card. It seemed like I had no other option because had they told me I can just get my money back I would have said yes because our party was just about over! 17 min later, and our Birthday party gone, our wings came out.
It’s disappointing that this location has such poor service. I’ve been to other locations, since I was a child, that are way more busy than this and we have NEVER experienced anything like this. Read moreHighly disappointed in the service I received at this location. I came here yesterday and it was a hot mess. The line to get fun cards and food was extremely long due to there being only one person working. However I still proceeded to enjoy myself with my child and family. It became difficult for my child to have fun because every game she played ran out of tickets. We waited over 15 minutes to be helped. I eventually got a store manager and at the same time a “trainee” was sent over.
Like seriously your sending an employee in training to handle the lack of work from your more experienced employees. I told the manager there were several games without tickets and many kids were upset. He said which ones? I suggested how about you have someone going around to make refill the games with tickets so not only are them empty games being refilled but the ones that are getting low being filled too. He said oh yeah that’s a good idea. SMH!!!! there should be a common sense training or something nowadays.
Moving on to the dirtiness of the environment. You will see how disgusting they keep the place in the pics I upload. I had to take my child to the music store next door because I did not want to use the bathroom.
Sadly, once we’re ready to go and turn in the tickets for a prize. There was one attendant available while others just stood around. See my video below.
