Starbucks — Restaurant in San Diego

Was nervous when I saw the reviews, but we had been here before and they had been great. I am pleased to say that today I received spectacular service! I brought my toddler who wanted to touch everything, and they were kind enough to give me a little oat milk while I ordered. The cashier was really nice while I gathered my scattered-mom-brain thoughts. I was pleased to see that my coffee looked the right color and tasted amazing! The barista was so careful to make it right and super fast! I parked in the front and was out of the store in less than 10 minutes! Loved the service, the vibe...

I wanted a $20 gift card. The girl somehow heard 100 and charged me that. She didn't give me a receipt, I asked for it and asked to cancel it, and she said there's no refunds on the gift card. It wasn't my fault, I wanted $20. Now I'm out $100 for someone...

Idk what’s wrong with the employees there this morning but I wish I would have had a coffee BEFORE I encountered them because they were so rude and unprofessional. Except the new girl was sweet, I feel bad she has to work...
