Starbucks — Restaurant in San Diego

Worst Starbucks I swear they are so slow I made mobile order with 1 drink and 1 ham and cheese croissant toasted. I came into the store about 5 to 6 minutes after I place the order and my drink was not ready and my croissant was sitting at the mobile order station untoasted with the sticker on it specifying for it to be toasted when I mentioned that they put it in the toaster then left it on the counter of the opposite side not wear the mobile orders go so someone took my croissant at that point I had already been in the store for 4 minutes and my drink still was not ready I asked them when it would be ready and they said it was the next one to come up however after waiting an additional 5 minutes my drink was still not ready so I went to the register and mentioned something to the cashier and she said I had to talk with the people over at the mobile order station because those are the ones that deal with those orders something I had just done. even when you wait in the Drive-Thru you're bound being there for at least 8 to 12 minutes it's ridiculous the wait time for a coffee and then to get serviced by rude employees who you can tell do not care about their job at all it's just a horrible experience one that has left a bad taste in my mouth quite literally with their coffee miad but I am never returning to the Starbucks again I will go to the one that's in Albertsons it's a bit of an extra walk but...

I come into this location whenever I can’t go to my regular location . I really dislike when I have to come in here because the customer service is poor . Unlike most Starbucks , they rarely greet when I’ve walked in . There’s times that I’ve been literally standing at the register and no ones said anything to me . There’s also a lot of side conversations , which is fine but if I’m waiting to be serviced and the conversations are still going that’s not ok to me . The past few times my order has been taken by a girl with shoulder length hair in a bob with bangs and every time she’s taken my order she’s been very dry and unwelcoming . Also since they keep the straws behind the counter , you have to ask for them . In asking it’s been tossed on the counter even tho I had my hand out to take it which again I felt was rude . I’m not one to complain but like many of us , we’re coming in to have a pleasant and welcoming experience . It just hasn’t been...

I PLACED MY ORDER FOR A FEW FRIENDS BREAKFAST AND DRINKS TO BOOST OUR MORNIGN FOR A DAY OF SUCCESS WHEN THEY DIDNT HAVE CHANGE FOR MY BILL SO I WENT TO ALL OF THE BUSINESS ALONG THE COMPLEX NOR DID ANYONE ELSE ASSUMING IT TOOK LONG ENOUGH MAYBE THEY COULD HANDLE IT AS NEXT WAS WALKING TO THE TARGET ACROSS THE WAY KNOWING IF I DID THIS MY FOOD WOULD BE A WASTE AND IT WOULD SIT THERE SO REPSECTFULLY WENT BACK IN A FULL STORE WITH A LINE OF PEOPLE HOPED FOR CHANGE BY NOW AS MY ORDER WAS OVER 25.00 THEY SHOULD BE ABLE TO HANDLE BY NOW, I GET TO THE REGISTER AND THEY STILL CANT HELP ME AND SUGGESTS I GOT TO TARGET???
