ZERO stars!! Do NOT order from this store!!! EVER! I don't usually leave reviews but this one made me so mad. I ordered pizza, wings, bread, etc. I Was notified it would be like an hour before I got my order, but they called me to ask so I approved it. 2 hours later I still did not have my food. I called and was on hold for 30 minutes before someone picked up. They told me my order was delivered to my neighbor's address because that was the order address. Not sure how since I used the app and my address was correct in the app and still is. Call disconnected. Talked to my neighbor and and found out that the order arrived and they had turned it away because they did not order it. Dominos obviously had my correct number but did not call to check in. I then spent the next 2 hours trying to call the store to make sure I got my money back. No answer, for 2 hours, while the store was open. On a Thursday night. My husband said when he worked at pizza hut that the did not process the payment in that case so it probably will not be processed through for dominos. So I decided to wait to see if the pending purchase went away. wrong!! My payment was processed, driver tip and all. I call the store on Monday and talk to the manager(who is not really working for that store, just filling in tonight so he apparently does not care)who tells me he cannot do anything about it. It has to be the gm. He cannot tell me when the gm will be in the store and hangs up on me. I have more questions so I call back. I want to make sure that the gm has my info to get a refund. The manager says he has all the info already and then hangs up on me again!!!! I have never had an issue with dominos before but this experience may have lost me as a customer from all dominos stores forever. This store for sure! We shall see what the GM does to fix it if anything!!! I apparently spent $50 to feed some dominos team members. Worst...

2020-we are moving and ordered pizza for our movers. The tracker said it was delivered and we did not get it. Called the store and he said she had other deliveries and it would be 8 mins. After 15 mins we call again and he said it would be another 10.
We put on the instruction that we needed napkins because all of our stuff was packed-they did not send them. Then when we opened the pizzas, one of them was not even cut. So that was fun. When i called again he offered to put a free pizza on our account..... By this point I’ve told him 3 times that we’re moving-what is a free pizza at your location going to do for us?
In the past, they would have offered to bring free soda or something. Not this time. He sat there in silence. We paid $5 for delivery, we live across the street and we were the last ones to get our pizzas and they were cold, one was uncut and delivery instructions weren’t met. We stopped ordering from here years ago because of the delivery issue, clearly we made a wise choice. Which is sad because they used to be rad as you can see from my previous review.
Support local businesses and order from Giant New York Pizza instead. You get more bang for your buck, it comes to you hot and it’s SO much better. They’re on UberEats or an app called Slice.
2016-We order from here regularly because it's so close to our house. Usually it's just okay. Tonight they went above and beyond. EVERYTHING was delicious. Nothing was burnt or hard like it has been in the past. i called to tell the manager what a great job they did and he said he was the one who made everything, he needs to conduct training for everyone else and bring them up his level....
Read moreAbsolutely Horrible. I ordered my Pizza at 17:53, being told it would be 20-30 minutes. I had about 2 hours to spare before I had duty, and After 50 minutes I called again at 18:40 and asked where the pizza was. I was told that it was on it's way to be delivered. So i waited another 16 minutes and at 18:56 the Domino's driver finally pulled up (I had been on the phone with the manager) So I had hung up the phone and told them my name. Just for them to say that my pizza wasn't there! I get a call back 2 minutes later saying that they accidentally put the order as carry-out. So i wasted 90 minutes waiting on the damn pizza, and they told me i'd need to wait another 30+ minutes to finally get my pizza delivered. I wasn't offered anything in compensation. They just screwed me over. Since I was on duty I couldn't go off the base, so that was my only source of food. So I had to go the night without eating. 1/5 stars, will not be...
