Horrible service here, I went on my lunch break today and the girl at the window gave me literally one ketchup and one hot sauce. I saw this and told her if she can give me more of each. She hands me the bag with a smirk on her face, and there's two ketchups and two hot sauces. I asked for more and she hands me two more. As I'm driving back I grab a fry and there's no salt on them. I didn't have the time to drive back and get back in line, so I call and ask for the manager. Manager Maria answered with such a horrible tone, you could literally hear her roll her eyes as I explain and she cuts me off and says "ok you can come and get a free combo" I then explain to her that I'm not calling to get free food, and that she should have a talk with her workers. She said she would but with the worst lazy eye roll tone ever. Mind you this is not the first bad experience I have there as I work down the street, for the same reason I avoid going there but today I craved the fries (which were a total disappointment). Maria has no business as a manager with that attitude, I'd understand if I came at her with an attitude or rudely which I didn't and even then... If your looking for a quick meal I'd keep driving as there's plenty more options in the area, I for one will never give them a penny again... Also I'd like to add that they didn't even give me a receipt with my purchase. It was at 12:35ish PM on May 6th 2023
Edit: I came to the location and mentioned the free meal I was promised and I’m told that there is no manager named Maria at this location. The same girl that was working at the window last time said she’s the manager (Rosa) and wouldn’t honor the before mentioned meal. So basically this girl lied about her name last time and is the same girl that tried to give me just one ketchup and one hot sauce …. I decided to have chicken strips for lunch at this particular location. In advance, I would like to say that Jack-in-the-Box normally has excellent customer service, minus this location. Franky the manager would be the only one involved aside myself. As mentioned I ordered the chicken strips for lunch. Once I returned back to work. I noticed a long hair. Immediately I was done eating. I understand things happen. I also had no problem returning the food either. I was Calm and Collective. No reason to be upset or dampen my day.
Later in the day. I returned to the same location and meet Franky “the manager” Explained the situation thoroughly. He asked for the receipt. Which I responded, should be in the bag. There was no receipt. Unsure about this part on my end.
Franky said that he could not do anything for me. Because of No receipt. I asked, you will not even make me a new one. NO was his answer. I responded by explaining to Franky, this is not the way this should be handled. I even added... if someone lead you to believe this was the correct way on handling this kind of situation. Definitely second guess them! Because this is extremely the wrong way.
Hey Jack and The Box? Franky’s response here can not be your procedures?!? I end up walking way with a long hair in my chicken strips. Eventually ended up in the trash. Also Extremely discussed by Franky’s response.

Above is my first review, however, after my 4th and final visit this is what happened, final review because I am never going back.
Note that each time they offered free food. I don’t have time to go back, also I was hungry right then😡
I ordered a Jumbo Jack Combo with curly fries and a no sugar ice tea. I also asked that it be fresh (hot) because of previous experience. There was one car in front of me.
I wait 6 minutes while 5 cars were behind me. Got my order, drove to park before scheduled appointment, which was in 30 minutes. I was starving only to be disappointed by cold shriveled up curly fries. My burger was COLD, even the cheese was cold. I didn't have time to return.
The next day I called asking to speak with a manager who just kept offering me food. I told Emma, the manager, I was not interested in free or cold food. I just wanted her to know my 4th experience. She hung up on me mid sentence.
This is how this particular place operates. They DO NOT CARE. I have two other Jack’s further away and never have this issue, ever.
I will not return and I can guarantee this Jack will be closing at some point. Hot food, and good service is all they need to fix this place. One star because I can’t...
