I would have never thought that a fast food joint just like Jack in the box would have a great customer service. Especially, when it comes to customer satisfaction guaranteed or in other words, my food was bad and they took care of it. It was 7am when we ordered breakfast, but of course "me"the odd one ordered Chicken Fajitas. Got our orders right away and off we go to Perris, Ca. It's been like 8 years since I've had a chicken fajitas and I was so excited to eat it. Unfortunately, my chicken fajitas was spoiled, after one bite I had to spit it out and quickly took my son's breakfast sandwhich to see if his is bad as well. Good thing his was fine and so is my Hubby's food. We couldn't turn around to complain, so we decided to call instead. I wasn't expecting or demanding any refund, I simply just wanted to let them know that they may be serving spoiled chicken. I spoke to Sonia, who was very polite and apologetic. She put me on hold to check on the chicken and quickly agreed with me. She offered us a full refund, wrote her name down on our receipt, and no rush, come back when it's convenient for us. We were able to come back the next day, and Sonia apologizes again and gladly took care of us. We were also offered a free meal just for the inconvenience. Thanks Sonia for your great...
Read moreI'm providing reviews to help America shape up & improve financially, economically, & spiritually since karma runs the earth & there's definitely a science that made America a superpower before our current financial collapse. I highly recommend hiring struggling students, whether high school students, grads, or college students as they move faster & care way more than middle aged moms who'd rather be working in an office. A student will greet you with way more enthusiasm & they're aware that orders need to be finished as they come in so there isn't much attitude being given in regards to a business that's supposed to be running according to the seconds based on real time orders, not attitude. What's the point of taking from customers to pay employees who don't understand the process of providing food fast because they're working in fast food? Management needs to get all staff on board with how food orders work. My 1st food order for a customer was getting cold as I waited for a 2nd food order that should've been finished in a matter of minutes with the little amount of people in the dining room. It took 5 employees to confirm the competition of a 2nd order for ubereats. CEOs must get together to fix these not minor issues that are slowing down productivity for...
Read moreDrove out of town to get breakfast with my wife and daughter, and drove past another jack in the box for a subpar experience. The dining room was closed 8 minutes after it should've been opened, and absolutely every table was dirty. There was a bald gentleman behind the counter who was curt and rude and definitely didn't want to be there, who didn't greet me and directed me to order at the kiosk when I was just going to ask for the restroom code and didn't listen to who my order was for after stating the name on the order three times, when it was one of only two on the pickup screen in the first place. The food was hot and fresh at least, even though I'm sure my vanilla iced coffee was missing some pumps of vanilla. On top of that, the restrooms were disgusting. Trash stained with feces and the floor smudged with Lord knows what. I shouldn't expect a whole lot from a jack in the box, but I'm still thoroughly...
