I walked in and was on my phone and saw two ladies in the back of the restaurant talking. I politely waited to be asked if I was ready to order and they both stood there and glanced over at me while they continued to have their conversation. I waited approximately five minutes before one of the ladies gave out a heavy sigh and walked up to the counter and stated, “if you want me to take your order, you need to get off of your phone”. I said, “did you just tell me to hang up my phone to take my order?” and she answered with aggravated reply of “yes I did”. Read moreThe manager of this place should be ashamed of this franchise. Food quality can vary day to day, but where this place just completely scrambles is its service. Way understaffed. If you go during the weekend, expect to wait up to 30+ min for your order and its quality to very low. I've been several times to this specific walmart and I have never seen the same employee more than a handful of times. They must rotate through new hires for what seems like every month. Terrible, terrible place. I would HIGHLY recommend just driving down south to the McDonald's in San Ysidro as those are properly staffed even on weekend rushes. Read moreI ordered my food in advance. I showed up, and ended up waiting 15+ mins for ny food. When i arrived the cashier had her back towards the lobby. When i called for assistance she intentionally walked away clearly her 🙄 her phone was more important.
The manager wasnt no better he was on phone, checking his phone every 2mins it seemed when he was in public. The restaurant clearly pays for laziness. They should consider closing as this isn't the first or second time its happened. I have a life, and it doesn't and shouldn't revolve workers who care more about there phones...
