I would give this location -5 if I could. I was returning completely unworn shoes, still tags attached with receipt. The 30 days had passed for full refund. In this case they will issue a store credit. The store manager was refusing to do a store credit saying, "it's been more than 30 days". I said I understand and therefore I'm ok with store credit. She then proceeds to say, "It's been more than a month, so you can't return this item". I repeat again that the shoes are unworn, tags attached with a receipt. She turns over the receipt and tries to find a policy that says otherwise. Fails to find any policy that states I can't get a store credit. She stays silent for another minute and comes up with "the computer won't let me do this return". Really?! Now it's the computer? I've never experienced this in any stores before. Another cashier comes by, and she turns to him switching to another language to explain something. He finally did my return and issued me store credit. Apparently, he has a different "supercomputer"? This was beyond laughable. This is not the first time I've experienced bullying in this location. On another occasion I was looking for jackets and when I saw how busy the fitting room was, I decided to try on the jacket in front of the mirror. As I put on the jacket, I noticed a worker was staring at me uncomfortably. I removed the jacket and hung it back where it was. Everywhere I went in the store she kept following me. I decided to ignore her and proceeded to try on another jacket. She approaches me and tells me aggressively I need to put the jacket back. I said I'm trying it on, and I'll put it back when I'm done. "You need to put it back" and she continues to argue with me. This was so vulgar I felt uncomfortable to continue shopping. I finally just walked out of the store, that was so upsetting to me. What's going on?! Why am I being treated this way? It was so obvious I was being targeted. Other people tried on things in front of the mirror, but she chose to harass ME. I will tell all my family and friends not to go there. I hope everyone will see my review. I couldn't keep silent after this last scenario with the "manager". The jacket situation by the way happened to me twice on different occasions. This is the truth. I don't need this kind of harassment, and certainly not from employees. If you hate your job, find another one. But don't treat me this way. It was...
Read moreI hate writing revies and I'm very chill person. I've had always had an amazing experience at that store, and employees were recognizing me, and we build really good relationship there. But today, whole experience went down. I was returning some clothes, which I've purchased a week ago. And there was a new employee, who was scanning my close, then put aside couple of items. She called manager and they started whispering. I've asked, if there is an issue? And I was informed, that some clothes smells weird.... There were bunch of customers around. I was shocked!!! I was confused and asked, if I understood it right, that clothes stinks or what? And you, guys know me from shopping every week, and I've never ever had these issues and accusations! Manager sent the new employee to have a brake and scanned my new purchase. I was shocked. I went to my car and after 10 minutes of digesting all that and crying, went back to return everything, as I didn't want to deal with them any longer. I've explained to one of employees whatever happened and she was as shocked as I was. Also Manager saw me and explained to her my concerns. She tried to tell thus time tgat I didn't understand her, and she was trying to tell that sometimes clothes by itself has a weird chemical smell. My question is, why it was said in a different way in front of other customers, and it made me feel very disrespectful, disgusted and embarrassed (and I don't smell bad, just in case). If there us an issue with a product, carry it in different way, not trying to embarrass your customer in...
Read moreDisabled people beware! This store's employees actively discriminate against disabled people.
I was carrying my purchases in a large shopping bag, as I have a visible disability where I do not have full use of my hands and arms, so I need to carry things on my shoulders. And employee came up to me while I was shopping and demanded very rudely that I was not allowed to use my shopping bag for shopping, and demanded I use a cart. I cannot physically use a cart, as I said, I have a very visible disability with arm braces. She them demanded I take everything out of my shopping bag and carry it around, another impossible task. She hovered menacingly over me until I took everything out in front of her. This is in direct legal violation of the ADA's accessibility and accomodations laws, a federal crime! Shopper beware! There is a Marshall's in the same shopping plaza whose employees don't discriminate against disabled people, so don't support this despicable business when there are...
