This Starbucks is horrible. Their bathroom was out of toilet paper and seat covers. I grabbed some napkins to wipe. Then I noticed the filth. The bathroom is horrendous! I should have taken more pictures, but I didn’t expect that when I spoke to a manager and showed pictures, I’d get a terrible response. Yeah. The place I pay over $7 for a drink just blamed their dirty bathroom on homeless people. Instead of apologizing, the guy blamed their lack of supplies and filth on other people. I didn’t see any homeless people anywhere within a few blocks and I pointed that out. The manager (on duty) co tinted to make excuses and then, when I pointed out that he wasn’t acting like a manager, he go defensive and said, “I don’t know what you want me to do. I can tell my manager and he’s not going to do anything.” Seriously?!?! This is not Starbucks quality and expected level of service. I walked out without ordering a drink. Starbucks quality is going downhill rapidly while they continue to raise their prices. I’m no longer a Starbucks customer.

Since the pandemic, my closest Starbucks has added a feature that I absolutely love - a code to get into the bathroom and an occupied sign so that you know if someone is in it. This sounds unimportant until you accidentally walk in on someone who neglected to lock the door or if you've waited a half an hour to learn that the last person somehow locked the door upon their exit from said bathroom. Everything else is much the same, but with greater spacing between in-store customers and a mask requirement when you're not actually eating or drinking. These rules make sense to me when I think of India, and what could be worse than fully opening up too soon and prolonging the epidemic?

In this Starbucks they are very friendly but though the service is important so is the product. I ordered my regular caramel iced macchiato and it was the most bitter, poorly prepared coffee I've had. If I had not been in a hurry I would've gone back to ask for a normal one. Just take a look at the picture.

I love Starbucks. It's the only coffee shop I go to and have for years, I use my app. I was on vacation and went here twice in the least few days as it is close to my hotel and this is the slowest Starbucks I have ever visited. While waiting for 3 drinks I was there almost 20 minutes. I was shocked. One time was in store, the other drive through. The first time the girls that were working looked absolutely miserable. Their attitude was far from what I am used to, and they just looked like they hated their lives. They all looked like they had been at the club all night with their long fake lashes amd dark makeup. This was at 8:46 am on Tuesday 6/18. The second time the kid working the drive through (Jackson) was very kind but messed up my drink and we had to wait longer. This one wasn't as bad because he was very chatty and fun to talk to at the drive through and it happens, no biggie, this was 5:24 pm on Tuesday 6/18 but wow did those drinks take time to make from the barista. Maybe smile more and give the morning girls some coffee while working? Looks like they could use it. Take the drag off too. Looks ridiculous. I have never seen people look like this at Starbucks. I am from California and live in Arizona. Just looking forward to getting back to my...

Have started going here after work and I would love to give it all five stars however, I did run into some minor issue here on one day in particular. For example, my yogurt expired the day of and the slight underhanded classist attitude towards me. (I usually come in lose workout clothing and I'm brown) And it's not like they usually act this way towards underprivileged people. (They always have the patience to work with other people) I do hope this is a big misunderstanding on my part and I would love for everyone regardless of who they are or how they look would be treated like normal human beings. After all, I don’t think it’s too presumptuous for a paying costumer to be treated with some common decency regardless of presentation. Other than that, the service is fast, the people are usually nice, plenty of place to social distance, and plenty of avaliable/functional...
