Bella Luna Yacht — Attraction in San Diego

What an amazing day out on the water!! Captain John and First Mate Josh were incredibly professional, respectful, fun-loving, and kind. The safety briefing before boarding was wonderful—Captain John made sure that all of us (party of 30) understood the necessary safety features of the boat and protocol in case of emergency. Even with the crew’s keen attention to safety, they were respectful of our group’s wanting to have a good time throughout! The facilities were perfect. The boat is equipped with a lovely lower deck with a bar, lounge space, and bathroom. The main deck by the helm has a nice space to dance (can fit about 25 total) and little sky-view perch for 6 guests to sit in. The bow of the boat can seat about 10. Great speaker system that fills the boat with your music and an iPad so your group can DJ their own music, although the Captain had a more-than-sufficient sense of the kind of music we would like and catered to it very, very well!! After 3 hours on the Bella Luna, we were having so much fun that we ended up extending our time on the boat by another hour!! We cannot recommend the Bella Luna, Captain John, or First Mate...

My brother and I had our birthday party here last weekend during the waterfront music festival. Captain John and his first mate were the best, they took us right up to the festival like we were VIP. Once we were tired of that he took our party of 40 people to some killer spots around the bay and a very up close and personal view of the midway. When the first mate wasn’t busy he was behind the bar making our drinks. We brought our own alcohol and food and they helped us set up everything! It was the best birthday party we ever had and every single person on the boat had a wild time! To be honest I didn’t really get so see much of the view because we were having such a great time on the boat with our guests. I don’t know the type of sound system they had but it basically sounded like Dolby atoms surround sound. Thank you Captain John we’ll be back soon!

Captain John and his team were amazing for our recent charter. For the size of the boat, and how many people it can accommodate, you won’t find a better value. I spent weeks researching options and can say there aren’t many others boats, if any, that can hold this many people for the same affordable price range.

The team went above and beyond in accommodating my guests and were nothing short of phenomenal. There were a few difficult guests in my party but Captain John and the crew handled it with nothing but class and a smile.

The sound system was great and it was nice to have a fully functioning bathroom. The boat had about 5 different seating areas so there was plenty of room for folks to spread out and take in the different views.
