I strongly advise against considering this inn for your accommodation. Our experience was incredibly disappointing, to say the least. We had initially booked a 3-night stay, but our stay was cut short after just one night due to the appalling conditions.
To begin with, our arrival was marred by an unnecessary and unwelcoming charge of $20 for arriving a mere 2 hours early. While we understand that policies are in place, the lack of flexibility and understanding from the staff was disheartening.
The state of the room was simply unacceptable. Upon entering, we were greeted by a bed sheet that was still wet with bleach. This not only ruined one of our black t-shirts but also posed a serious concern for our comfort and hygiene. It's astonishing that such basic cleanliness standards were overlooked.
Adding to the list of disappointments, the bed sheet was also adorned with a plethora of hair from previous occupants, which was frankly revolting. This lack of attention to detail and disregard for proper housekeeping practices is simply inexcusable.
The lack of cleanliness extended beyond the bed, as the floor appeared to have been recently cleaned with pine sol, leaving it wet and slippery upon our arrival. This not only created an uncomfortable environment but also raised safety concerns.
Perhaps the most egregious aspect of our stay was the condition of the shower. We were greeted by the unsettling sight of dead bugs in the shower, a clear indication that the cleaning standards in this establishment are far from satisfactory.
Given the multiple hygiene and cleanliness issues we encountered during our short stay, we were left with no choice but to check out after just one night. This inn's lack of attention to even the most basic standards of cleanliness and customer comfort is deeply disappointing and highly discouraging.
In light of our experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend this inn to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It is my hope that management takes immediate action to rectify these issues for the sake of...
Read moreWe got there late and had to pass through a group of disturbing, sketchy homeless people gathered in the hallway, staring at us. At that point, the only thing that felt safe was locking ourselves in that disgusting room. Because of my headache and the late hour, I couldn't find another place, and I was honestly scared to walk to my car and pass by them again. The place is completely run-down, and the level of filth is indescribable. The sheets weren’t changed—there was a lot of random hair and stains. No towels were provided, and the room looked nothing like what was advertised online. I booked this through Chase Travel. We were up all night due to loud, random noises that scared us awake, both from upstairs and from the people outside our window. The in-room hotel phone didn’t work, and there was no way to contact management. Their phones were off, so we couldn’t even use our cell phones to reach them. At 11 PM, I was so terrified by the noise that I ran downstairs and rang the doorbell they had at the front desk. I waited for a while, but no one came. And whatever was going on outside my window only made it worse. I should have called the police, but having nowhere else to go with my child, I had to wait until early morning. When I finally saw the management and explained that we were scammed into staying there because it was nothing like what was advertised, the manager said he had nothing to do with what we saw online. He then told us that, because of some government program, the hotel was housing homeless people. I spent so much time researching the area to make sure it was safe. I understand that $90 these days doesn’t get you a luxury room, but this was on a whole other level of insanity. This place should be shut down as a hotel if they are going to use it to house homeless people. My daughter saw one of the men staring at us and felt unsafe. No one should have to go...

I rang the bell for 20 minutes and no one came to help. I called their registered phone number and it went to a full mailbox with no way to leave a message or talk to anyone. I came back 2 hours later and there was still no one at the desk. I banged on the window and a person came out of the back room who was obviously sleeping until this moment. She said I should talk to the manager. The manager claimed that he was there the whole time , he had just been using the bathroom. This was a lie. He obviously just woke up as well. They were sleeping with the phone turned off and I was unable to make a meeting because I was locked out of my room due to their faulty electronic keys. He also told me they had a contract with the county to house people and there was nothing they could do about the noise. This would more accurately be described as a halfway house, not a hotel. The manager was not apologetic at all and was belligerent. This is a...
