Disorganized, unmarked bags and they put tags and receipts inside of the bags so we cant see which order is whose and have to dig through every bag. Delivery drivers have to scatter around all the bags to see whose order is whose ! A lot of the time they throw bags in random spots so many misplaced bags and orders happen when you are unaware that your order was packed in 2 bags... There is absolutely no communication attempt from employees beside mumbling a name and throwing orders on the shelf while avoiding any human eye contact. It's crazy how little they care about customers. With the volume of people in their store there absolutely need to be a person assigned directly to helping customers with their orders since they don't label most of the bags and just throw receipts inside. It will hopefully help with people taking mistakenly wrong orders or purposely borrowing other peoples food which happened to me multiple times when I had to wait 20 minutes just to be told my order had been picked up already. Total chaos. Meanwhile they have a bunch of older lady employees just doing nothing but chatting. I will never order from here again knowing that most of the time my food will take an hour and a high chance of missing items and even not getting anything.
Urban plates, chipotle, weggiegrill all worked this out somehow sweetgreen is unable to comprehend that their main source of customers are delivery and to go orders, and they choose to treat us the worst. It cant be this hard. Or hire a couple more people if you cant do it. I'm not complaining about waiting time, sure it takes time to prepare food.
You need to make sure people are notified when their order is ready and be able to help right away if someone needs assistance.
One time It took you 25 minutes to tell me that my order was picked up -stolen- by someone when I asked 4 times... Basic salad plate.... about every 5-10 minutes!! after waiting for almost 30 minutes you tell me it was picked up by someone else?! Unacceptable ! Why were you telling me that it's probably being worked on?! Probably?
That's what I'm talking about. You need a person responsible for distribution of orders so things like this...
Read moreI have been coming since they opened and was hoping service and speed would eventually get better. Definitely has not. I came here on Friday March 1 around 1. There were only 2 people working the front which seems to be the norm. I don't get why they usually only have two people work the front and tons of people working the back just walking around and slowly cutting ingredients. As someone who has worked decades in the food industry this makes no sense. I guess they want the long lines so it always looks busy. The portion sizes, especially protein have gotten a lot smaller. Today, one of the guys working the front (dreadlocks and a white bandana) seemed to be the only one working with a sense of urgency. I felt bad for him, he was running around getting ingredients while helping customers. I was hoping he would be the one assisting me but unfortunately it was a lady who seemed to be new because she was soo slow and didnt know the ingredients and didnt know how much change to give back. She had to call the guy for assistance. When the gentleman came over he was super nice to me and apologized for the wait. Props to him and only him. This will probably be my last time coming here. Overpriced and def not worth the wait. Id rather drive down the street...
Read moreI've been eating sweetgreens for a few months now because I love how fresh the food is. However this time I was very disappointed at the visit I had at this location. I ordered my harvest bowl as usual and the amount of protein that was in my bowl was ridiculous it looked like thay had given me the left overs they had. When I talked to the Manager Omar and showed him the amount of chicken, he argue that they measure their chicken with the scoop that he proceeded to show me. I told him that I usually ordered this plate and it never looks like that and that the employee that prepared my ordered didn't even use the scoop she used tongs to put the chicken in the plate. He was rude and said there was nothing he can do about it that their chicken was measure and they had given me the right amount. I have attached a picture of my plate to this email.
I think you should re evaluate the costumer service training you provide to your employees specially when it come...
