Holy crap this place has 4.9 stars⭐ like how??. So I ordered the double spicy jalapeno smash burger added avocado. Straight to the point and let's be truthful I had high expectations of the spicy jalapeno smashburger but to my surprise zero spiciness like no kick like heat level from 1 to 5 it was not even a 1 and I wish I was kidding, I'm Mexican so I should know and I can take spicy food. The temperature of the burger was unbearable I burnt my tongue! Okay next thing I notice right off the bat super super greasy food I mean my patties must have been cooked with a tub of lard! Arties felt they were getting a workout while eating,Disgusting! 🤮.. I'm thinking well it's greasy My second bite there's still no spiciness on my food well let's see if at least tastes good right? Surprise the food is flavorless!!! The only thing I could taste seriously was the grease, I could not taste the spices on the patties I cannot taste the cheese I mean I couldn't even taste the spicy aioli it had in it.The only good thing about my burger was the Avocado 🥑 it was creamy. Man go somewhere else $15 bucks just for the burger no sides or fries and they ask for a tip if you want to leave a tip before you pay, like tip for what for making my food?? Edit: Against better judgement we returned and ordered fries only. After waiting 15 minutes or so we went in to inquire to their whereabouts. A cook (no one was available at the register) was unaware of our order but went ahead and served us. This spot at UTC belongs to a better restaurant, even if it's a chain that hires sufficient people to meet demand.

First Review: We ordered two burgers and large fries, however when the burgers came the fries were absent. When I told the server she had the cook fry the fries, but then they were sat there for a bit while she (the only person available I guess) had to attend to a long line of people, so I got them myself (no problem). So, service wasn't great, but not the worst in the world. The food though, that was shambolic. The aforementioned fries? Glistening with oil really not good. The patty in my burger was just a normal, overcooked / under seasoned bit of meat that was in no way smashed. I got the burger with bacon and avocado & it was the most underwhelming thing I've had in ages (note to self, don't order something with both avocado & ranch dressing).
