0/10 Customer Service... I went with my parents to this location for dining in, which I don't know if I've done since I was a kid. When we weren't able to find an item on the ordering kiosk, we asked someone working if they still had it. The woman said it's on the kiosk. And she didn't bother to help us until we kept telling her it's not on the kiosk. She rolled her eyes and came over and watched us go through the options she told us to go to and said oh, we're all sold out of it. It's so weird because they had the chalupa box big and blasted on the menu on top of the cash register area with no out of stock sign. We finish ordering on the kiosk. A couple orders on the kiosk and then some teenagers come in to order on the kiosk. One of the teenagers just walked to the back in the kitchen after ordering on the kiosk. I have no idea if she's a daughter of one of the staff, but it seemed highly unprofessional to do. The couple and the group of teens got their order first and their orders were larger than ours. I felt confident they spit in our food (cannot prove it). When they called our order, they yelled out my dad's name in a very taunting/sing song way. We continued to order more since the chalupas weren't bad, but everytime we were called, the same rude lady that rolled her eyes at us called out our name in that taunting/sing song way. I also watched an employee kick the door open. Not just kick the bottom of the door as if to open it with your feet. He hoisted his leg up so the bottom of his shoe would hit the push feature that your hands go on to open the door. Gross. Honestly some of the worst customer service I've received in a long time. Again, chalupas were good. Customer service, so so so bad. I won't return and they honestly should just shut this location down and turn it into anything else. The amount of one star reviews is justified and disappointing to see in...
Read moreThis is, hands down, the worst Taco Bell I have Ever Had The Misfortune of going to. I work in the area and there aren't many other places to go to for lunch. I can say with all honesty that every single time I have come here there's been some sort of issue. Food takes forever, staffing unprofessional and unattentive. I ordered online once, went to get my food, waited a total of 45 minutes, ignored and given one lame excuse after another, had to leave because my lunch hour was up. So i left empty handed, hungry and out $9. On another occasion I go through the drive-thru there's about two or three cars ahead of me, I get all the way up to the menu and then there's a tiny little sign that says sorry no cards only cash today. meanwhile all I had was a card so I was stuck in between all those cars trying to get out of there, took forever to get through that line, again, left with no food and empty stomach and wasted lunch break. I guess it didn't occur to anyone that maybe they should put their sign at the very beginning of the drive-thru so people can see it right away and decide whether or not they can go on. This time I've been sitting in the Drive-Thru for about 25 minutes, stuck between cars and I can't get out of the drive-thru, waiting for someone to take my order, cars aren't moving, people in the Drive-Thru are blaring their horns and nobody's coming out to explain anything I don't know what's going on. ...... again every single time I come to this place it's always a bad bad experience. Can somebody please figure out why this place is ran so poorly?! And how do I...
Read moreUnfortunately, I have had two bad experiences with this Taco Bell this week. This first experience wasn’t that bad, but annoying. I came to Taco Bell at around 11:15pm, and it was closed, even though google maps said it was open until 2am. Ok not that big of a deal but nonetheless it was lame. The second experience I had was way worse. Me and 2 other friends rolled in at 8:30, and we ordered 3 triple double Crunchwrap boxes. It took then almost an HOUR to make our food and we didn’t get the food until 9:25.In between that, I saw two workers go to the bathroom for 20 minutes I kid you not, and I saw some other workers standing around doing nothing. They said that they were very busy and sorry for the inconvenience, but there was probably only 10-12 people in the restaurant. So they weren’t THAT busy. We get our food and they messed up the order. We got the food, not in a to go box like we asked, and instead of Doritos locos tacos, they made us 3 casadillas. We ask them to switch it out, and they take ANOTHER 20 MINUTES TO CHANGE THE ORDER, I MEAN HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO MAKE 3 TACOS. We get our food, open the Crunchwrap, and there is only minimal salad, and one layer of beef instead of 2 layers. The tacos were fine, and the cinnamon twists were stale but whatever. We ate our food and left at around 10:00 and we all agreed to never go to that Taco Bell again. This happened a few days ago and I am still seething with anger...
