Mosaic Restaurant & Bar — Restaurant in San Diego

Hilton Hotel honestly best service but the bar and restaurant it’s self is bad. Customer service there was bad specially coming from an old lady there , asked if I can get utensils for my food and she literally handed me one and keep in mind it’s a food for 3 people how is 3 people going to share spoon and fork as I proceed to kindly ask her for two more she tossed them at me and said next time you need to ask your restaurant to give you some and I said I actually ordered here and said well next time you need to check and I told her if it’s an issue I don’t mind pay for them and old lady rolled...

Nice restaurant! Came in with group of 12 & was sat in back.

Server was nice & friendly. Food was pretty good! The risotto with our scallops was under cooked though (crunchy!), so they re-did that. They mentioned that it's usually al-dente, but it was too crunchy for our taste :(.

We were unable to order dessert, due to the kitchen closing.

The rib eye was excellent though & cooked great! Our daughter had the mosaic burger & said it was delicious.

Clean restaurant & easy to find parking on the property. Collected to the Sheraton hotel... beautiful walk to the sundial...

Went in for the contential breakfast asked the hosted to seat me for that. She sat us and didnt say anything else. We get out bill and we are charged for the complete breakfast. Unaware we ask the hostess why we were charged this. She says she will ask the server and get back to us. Didn't hear anything for 10 min or longer. Went to go look for signs, nothing. Asked another server who finally got the ordered fixed. Just be aware they won't inform you one which is which. Literally right next to each other. Problem was fixed, but won't...
