UPDATED: I stopped going to this location months ago because of poor service. But I had a craving today and made the mistake of indulging it. While it's not a big deal in the scheme of things, I don't understand why this location has so much difficulty announcing an order is ready. In the 30+ years I've been eating at Taco Bell (Canada and the USA), I've never been to a location with such confused ordering.
If you use their digital kiosk, it asks for your name. But when the order is ready, they call out a number, and woe is you if you didn't get a receipt, at least digitally, to check your order number. But when I ordered at the counter today, no name was asked for. So no surprise that I stood around while a different employee called out "order for M." Who the heck is M? Apparently it was me.
Seriously, Taco Bell? You've been in the business decades and you have at least one location that can't get their ordering and announcing synced up? I only waited 3-4 minutes until the original order taker came and checked and realized it was my order. I asked as politely as I could why the other employee called "M" instead of my order number (like they did for the couple in front of me. This is the most basic thing, but I got attitude for asking, and answering that made no sense. I will not be going back to this location.

I ordered tacos that evening, and unfortunately, they were far from satisfactory. The shells seemed old, and they were poorly assembled, making them very difficult to enjoy. In fact, I found them inedible and had no choice but to dispose of them.
This was my first time encountering such an issue with Taco Bell, and it has left me feeling quite dissatisfied. I have always enjoyed your food, so this experience was particularly disheartening and made me reconsider my future visits. I was hoping tonight would be redemption from the crappy orders I've received in the past. Every single time I have ordered from you guys, you have gotten my order wrong, and I've literally paid for it as they're extra costs and I don't get to find out until I'm home that the orders are wrong.
