Jelly Doughnuts — Restaurant in San Fernando

I’ve been craving a nice breakfast croissant sandwich since day’s. So I search a donut shop near me and 4 of them popped up and of course I picked the one that thought would be the best choice, Sadly it wasn’t. The employee greeted me and right away asked me if I was ready, I looked at her and said “Good morning, no I’m not. Can you please give me a minute”. It was my first time here so I wanted to make sure I found what I was looking for. When I said that she gave me this annoyed look on her face and when straight to the back. As I finished looking at the menu, I stood up by the register to see if maybe she would walk back to the front and help me. 2 minutes passed by and I saw this bell on the counter and tapped it twice to see if that caught her attention. I waited a bit more and still nothing. So then a rang the bell once again and finally she decided to come to attend me after 5 minutes. Let me tell you, I work in the restaurant industry all my life, I’m a franchise owner and customer service has always been my #1 biggest skills and it’s what I give. At first I thought, poor girl is sick and maybe just wants to be at home resting, which is probably true. But then 2 more customers came in and she gave them good customer service. At this point I let it be and proceed to wait for my order. I finally got my order and left on with my day. When I grabbed my breakfast croissant sandwich that I have been anxiously waiting for, I was so disappointed of what I got. As you can see from the picture, not eatable. The egg was like plastic, my croissant was smashed and had lots of mayonnaise on it that was literally dripping and my sandwich was cold. Never will I come back here again, Worst experience...

At times in my life I've had a drink of Coke, a cut of steak, or a bite of watermelon so good that my taste buds still think about it; every time I have a Coke or steak or melon I want that same experience again. I have had that same thing happen at Jelly Doughnuts. I've had a blueberry croissant and a chocolate croissant so good that they have set the bar for what blueberry and chocolate croissants should taste like. Personally I think the donuts here are good, not great, but their croissants - especially if you get there when they're fresh out of the oven around 6 a.m....

I've been coming here since I was in kinder I'm 28 now. And this places is the BEST! ABSOLUTELY THE BEST! BEST PRICES IN THE CITY AMAZING DONUTS THEY MAKE FRESH DONUTS EVERYDAY SO YOU CAN EAT CONFIDENTLY KNOWING THEY AINT BEEN SITTING THERE FOREVER. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE THIS IS A PLACE WHERE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION ALWAYS COMES FIRST! LOVE...
