KFC — Restaurant in San Fernando

Food was ok, a little less than average. Service was ok, a little less than average. The building was a little run down, but painted up. They had trashy day-time television on in the eating area, it was not good. I would have asked them to change the channel, but some of the other customers were really into it and I didn’t want to spoil their fun. Cleanliness in my opinion was average, but they do have an “A” rating so that’s good. Order 6 piece chicken only, small fries through drive in. $17.00. After picked up went to park to check my order, fries missing. Went back, he stairs at me, not a word, I said my fries are missing, he yelled at the co-worker, hey!! The fries!! Handle them to me with not a word. I said thank you. I got very tiny order with stale fries, they never ask me what kind of pieces I wanted, they just gave whatever. Not how can I help you? Or sorry about that. I gave 5 stars only due to the young man, Diego, that works the morning shift. His professionalism, work ethic, courtesy, kindness, respect, and pleasantness should be modeled by all fast food restrictions employees across the country. Including how welcoming he is. Ensuring that my food is always cooked to order and served to me with his smile of appreciation for my patronage; he takes pride in his work.
