Bar TZA — Restaurant in San Francisco

I came here with my sister in December of 2023 (coming from another state).

We wanted to go out and listen to good music and have some drinks. We found a club bar on Google and when we arrived it was closed. That’s how we ended up in Mission District. We walked along the strip to see if we could find a good bar where we could start our night. After walking about 3-4 blocks, we saw Bar TZA and even though there were few people, the bar looked nice and dj that was there that night was playing really good music.

As soon as we walked in there, the bartenders who ended up extremely nice and sweet, greeted us with a big smile. We looked at the menu and decided to go with the Watermelon Margaritas. Oh my God, the margaritas were incredible!!!!! That’s how you make a margarita. With a tajin rim and everything. The music was so good we began to dance and 40 mins later the place started getting packed with a good crowd.

We honestly had such a good time, if we’re ever in SF again, we’re definitely coming here again. Thank you for making our night so...

I absolutely loveeee Bar TZA. I had a bday brunch party of 20 guest there and from start to finish, it was so amazing! The owner, Brian and his team hosted us in a way that made us feel like family. Not only did they allow us to go early and set up decor but Cin (she's so sweet) helped us when time allowed her to. The food, always taste amazing and never fails in consistency. Brian makes the tastiest specialty cocktails and he even personalized an off menu drink at my request for everyone. Honestly, the entire team was so helpful, energetic and knew exactly how to host this party. Thanks for making us feel like part of the family, I plan to visit and recommend Bar TZA all the time....

I went to the bar with friend that wanted to sing karaoke. We sat at a table and the bartender presented the beverage and food menu, I ordered a mocktail and the flautas, my friend ordered the tostones. The tostones arrived within minutes, my flautas never made their way to the table. Both the runner and the bartender stepped out of the bar to smoke cigarettes filling the inside of the bar with the smell of cigarettes. When we asked for the check of course it was wring the check had an extra charge of a strawberry margarita that we never ordered, the bartender corrected the check and we paid the bill. Bad service just like the day restaurant next door...
