At first glance, you might think this is a typical pizza bar. For the most part, you would be right, however, there a SO MANY VEGAN OPTIONS!
The regular menu has a ton of appetizers, pizzas (including veggie and gluten free options), salads, sandwiches, burgers (including veggie patty and portabello mushroom), pasta and more. There's a whole other menu of vegan options, with most of those categories covered. There were only two of us, so we only tried 2 dishes.
We ordered a 12" Vegan Golden Dragon Pizza. This thing has vegan smoked gouda, vegan ranch dressing, barbecue sauce, soy chicken and garlic potato wedges (I'm sure I'm forgetting stuff). The crust is pretty good. Not the thinnest, but a little bread-y. It's great to have vegan toppings that taste so good! We only ate half the pizza and brought the rest home for another meal.
We also ordered the Vegan Twice as Nice sandwich. This thing is loaded with two vegan fried eggs, two vegan bacon strips, housemade cashew smoked gouda cheese spread, house vegan garlic aioli all on a toasted vegan pretzel bun. The fried "eggs" are bean curd (whites) and mung bean (yolk) and black salt. I wouldn't say it tastes exactly like a fried egg, but the texture is amazing. Their "bacon" is nice and smoky, but not super crispy. The pretzel bun is fantastic. This was probably the best breakfast sandwich I have ever had (including when I was a carnivore).
We'll definitely be back since there are so many vegan and vegetarian...

so I’ll start by saying, this place has the best vegan pepperoni pizza I’ve ever had. it’s one thing I miss the most about meat. We also had the vegan Buffalo chicken nachos which were also very good.
We assume they use violife cheese, we could taste it right away lol
The Oreo beignets were SOOOO GOOD!!! love those.
The big bird sandwich was good but way too small for $16. maybe it would’ve been justified with fries but way too pricey for a sandwich. Again, good but nothing to write home about. So we took a star off.
Now here is where things got a little iffy. We also ordered the vegan carbonara. I feel like it’s important to note that if this was the only thing we ordered, we probably wouldn’t return. The sauce a little to no taste. We added a bunch of spice s to give it some. And again for $20, it just wasn’t good and didn’t come with much of anything except an vegan egg (very cool that you even have that though) and vegan carbonara. We would’ve given 4 stars if we felt differently.
Overall a good experience. Customer service was great. Website easy to use. Order was prepared rather quickly.
I also want to add one more thing, the prices for the delivery menu are cheaper than the pick up menu. Not sure if that’s an error but we did notice that.
We would come back again for sure. Glad...

Cybelle’s is the first vegan restaurant I went to seven years ago when I turned vegan and it showed me how delicious vegan food could be for the first time. My mom still has fond memories of the two pizzas we had and talks about it to this day (she’s not vegan).
If this is your first time, Cybelle’s has a massive vegan menu that has some really high highs but also some less good options that in my opinion, weren’t well executed or should be trimmed from the menu.
After going a few times, we strongly recommend the: Vegan garlic knots (best garlic knots I’ve ever had, consistently hit) Vegan Chicken parm Vegan Caesar salad Vegan beignets
Each of these are incredible and will blow your socks off, regardless of if you’re vegan.
But I’ve had vegan friends come to Cybelle’s and not enjoy their experience as much because they probably didn’t order the best items. Personally, we haven’t had the best experience with the one burger we tried (the vegan egg was a bit strange for me and the burgers felt overcooked / not cohesive) and some of the pizzas have truly wild toppings like potato wedges haha.
Anyways, all in all this is one of my favorite restaurants in the city and would recommend for all people who love plant...
