My wife and I had the pleasure of playing at Golden Gate Park Golf Course this morning, and we had a delightful experience. The course is stunningly beautiful, with an ambience reminiscent of Monterey Bay. The natural-looking sands and the links-style play add a unique charm that we absolutely loved.
This course is perfect for beginner to intermediate golfers looking to polish their skills. The layout is forgiving yet challenging enough to keep you engaged. It's a wonderful place to practice and enjoy the game in a serene setting.
The pro shop and café, while small, are stylish and provide everything you need for a great day of golf. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our visit even more enjoyable.

Read moreI don't play golf, so during Labor Day Weekend I went with some friends (that do play). They were totally rude telling me I had to pay and play or I couldn't hang with my friends on the course. So I did, I payed and tryed to play. Since my friend was explaining me how to do it, another guy aproached us and told us he shouldn't be teaching golf lessons since we could be delaying the people behind us (which we weren't because there was no one after us), we told him we paid $42 per person and that he was just explaining how to play and his response was "I dont care if you pay $100, don't give lessons right now" (literal words).
Other than hiring total a*$#0/3$ here, the views are beautiful and in general a nice course to play and hang, as long as you don't cross with...

Some of the pins were tucked directly behind the bunkers, which made club and shot selection challenging. The overhanging trees on the right sides of the fairways definitely hinder the golfer who cannot hit a cut shot that moves left to right (for a right-handed golfer, that is). Definitely a fair 9 hole that I would love to play again.
If you have a rangefinder, you’d better bring it because the yardages from the tee boxes don’t really help with club selection. 9th hole played about 186 with a descending slope and has a tiny green....
