Just tried this brand-new Thai spot in the heart of the Tenderloin — Holy Shred — and wow, what a pleasant surprise!

I ordered the shredded chicken noodles, and they absolutely nailed it. The sauce was rich and flavorful with just the right balance of spice and sweetness. The spicy chicharrón on top added an amazing crunch and kick — something I didn’t even know I needed in Thai food until now.

I also tried the beef option, and the meat was incredibly tender — you can tell they take their time prepping it. Everything tasted fresh and made with care.

To top it off, their Thai tea was spectacular — creamy, perfectly sweet, and super refreshing after the spice.

It’s awesome seeing a spot like this open up in the Tenderloin. Definitely worth checking out before it blows up! Service was quick. Environment was welcoming.
