Los Hermanos Taqueria — Restaurant in San Francisco

Steven Byrne missed out by not eating his fish taco because everything this place does involving fish really stands out. Their fish quesadilla might be the best food on Geary street, and they'll do a fish chimichanga if you ask for it and wow, it's just so great. Chips and salsa come with your order as standard (it often seems to be a paid-for add-in these days!). Other parts of the menu e.g. meat burritos are fine, but don't stand out massively. The fish is really where it's at.

Don't come here with expectations of haute cuisine or your idea of perfectly accurate 'traditional' Mexican. Come here expecting good quantities of salty cheesy tasty saucy fishy tortilla-y goodness.

Also you can shop while you eat, and the selection in this market is pretty nice! Buy yourself a bottle of wine while you wait for your food to cook. What more could...

back in 2009 when I worked at Goodwill through CJP, I always got my lunch here. Always a Super Burrito with no beans, and an horchata. I loved this place, and the man and lady who worked here were really great people in my opinion. I haven't been here in 11 years now, and I miss this place. I cant go there anymore because I'm all the way in southern Cali now. I will go here again if I ever get the chance though, just to see how things are now and get a super burrito again for the first time in YEARS! Down here in the far south of California, there's no super burritos...just a "Cali burrito" which comes close but doesn't actually...

I’ve lived in San Francisco for many years, being Mexican I try to find unique spots like this one. Don’t let the location fool you.

This place is very legit where you can find real flavor in food that you can taste.

Pozole is off the hook, besides being a very large portion. It is served with garnishes and vegetables. On top of that, you can get complimentary salsas, chips and chiles toreados.

Personnel were friendly to me, they provided good service and they open until later in the evening.

I truly recommend this place, plus is affordable for being in the city.
