Okay so $10 for ice cream is kind of a lot, but it is downtown San Francisco and, more importantly, it's absolutely freaking delicious. Now I consider myself a bit of an ice cream expert, my qualification? I love ice cream. It's a vessel for delicious bits and pieces of goodness and drizzled toppings.

This is pure, delicious, smooth, creamy base (sorbet is an option too, but ice cream) that comes in many combinations to help you create something fantastic. We got the all fudged up. Then, there is a then, you get to enjoy watching them add the basic ingredients and freeze up your ice cream rolls. It's a good amount that my husband and I split. Finally you get to add from an abundance of toppings. Take advantage of that. We added toasted marshmallows, whip cream as well as Nutella, white chocolate, and caramel drizzles. This is in my top three ice cream places. Smitten is delicious, amazing, but it lacks what I love with my ice cream which is bits providing a change in texture and added flavor....

What can I say? SF first Icicles outpost has opened in a low-key quiet fashion. They've the same offering as their other locations, but this shop has a new flavor. And that number is #14 Ferrarii. Think Ferrarii Rocher the gold foil chocolate covered with almond bits. Young talented staff will get you going with minimal wait time as there are seven freezing pans each assign to a worker. You can actually watch them make your order through glass sanitation safety glass, a standard procedure these days. Unlimited toppings with additional five to top off on your own. Seating is limited to nine mostly a corner couch and two folding chairs. Soft opening is Sept 5th to 24th with operation hours of 5-10pm. For those undecided, you can go for the secret menu, or asked store manager Michael to make it for you. You'll be glad you came. My friend Cherylynn N made the trip with Tater Tot. She has FTT and picture on Y*lp to prove it. Way to...

Going here was a real treat for me. I got the fruit roll-ups with strawberry popping boba, real strawberries, bananas, sprinkles, something called mochi I. Think and I can tell you this... It was delicious. I wanted to stop eating but I couldn't bear to put the spoon down. It was perhaps the most mouthwatering thing I've had in years. Unfortunately my curiosity didn't stop there I got a hot chocolate with marshmallows and mint Oreo crumbles. I left with a full stomach and a happy soul. It's not something I can do often but I will definitely be back. The employee behind the counter was very helpful and quite handsome. Check out icicles all summer long and get out of the heat for a delicious treat that's sure to tickle your taste buds. Don't forget to follow my account for more great ideas on an eventful day in...

Very disappointing experience for me. There seemed to only be one person working and she hid in the back until we put our orders in. I had a question and the only way to get her attention was to holler. She was pretty apathetic and didn't seem very knowledgeable. It took a really long time to make our orders. My friends' order came out fine - he ordered regular vanilla with some cereal topping. I got the Thai Tea custard with Boba. The Thai Tea was extremely bland and pale with specks in it (shown in photo) I asked her if it was the Thai Tea and she said it was like that sometimes. I didn't really understand what that meant. It's like that sometimes.....when it isn't made properly? Sure enough, it tasted nothing like Thai Tea. And the Boba wasn't fully hydrated, so I had to eat around it all. It was foul.

They have vegan options! There are several non-dairy versions, at least some made with coconut milk. I got one with coconut milk, banana, and almond rolled ice cream topped with banana, mochi, almonds, Oreo's, and coconut flakes (see menu photo attached to my review). Everything was delicious and it didn't take too long because there wasn't a line when we arrived. I would imagine there would be a wait otherwise as everything is made to order. Watching your ice cream being created from scratch is definitely a worthwhile experience, and the existence of vegan options is alone worth praise.

Price (4/5) reasonable price like other icecream shop. Taste (4/5) *Thai tea ice cream - taste like Thai milk tea. It was interesting to watching how he was making it. I could find any special thing in roll icecream compare with other ice cream but it was fun and still tasty. I liked their unlimited topping. I was so sad my cup was too small to get more topping. There were many kind of toppling and they were good. Service (4/5) They were nice but not that friendly. Interior (3/5) Few tables and not nice Interior
