Super Duper Burgers — Restaurant in San Francisco

After seeing Spider-Man no way home My friend and I were definitely hungry, there were a lot of places inside of the metreon but I had never been to a super duper Burger so we decided to go there. From the metreon elevator exit for AMC, we just went outside and turned the corner and it was essentially right there. There was a bit of a line for people who were ordering for takeout so my friend and I decided it would be a good idea for us to just sit down and order. When you sit down. There's a QR code on each table for you to order and the food will be called out for you. Each table has a number, but my friend and I found that once you pay on your phone and it sees the name on your credit card, your actual name will be called from the front. You have to go and pick up your food, and since we are in those lovely pandemic times, we also had to both show that we were vaccinated. Please remember to bring your vaccination card or at least a picture that every single location you go to in the city, just keep it in whatever bag you're about to use. Because I saw more than one group of people who had at least one friend who forgot their vaccination card, or simply we're not vaccinated. It really ruins the day when you have to go home because your plans weren't thought through for everyone in the group. Anyway, the food at this location was amazing, I got one of their burgers with hard cheddar and an egg and it was absolutely delicious. Their fries are extremely crisp, didn't even taste too salty. They also have homemade pickles in a jar for you to get as many as you want. They were a little sour for my taste, but still very good, and super crunchy. They also serve glass cups for people who are indoor eating, which I was not prepared for. But you can always ask for a straw if you are still feeling a little iffy about glass...

I have strong mixed feelings about this establishment. I recently moved to the area and found this place. The burgers are very greasy, but still taste pretty good. I will admit that their fries and shakes are incredible (5 out of 5 stars). The burger is probably a 3.5 out of 5 stars.

The reason why I am leaving this review is because of cleanliness. I used to come to this restaurant in person about once a week. Since the end of May 2022, the restaurant now smells like a** inside. I legitimately thought maybe some homeless people were using the sidewalk right outside as a restroom and the smell was just blowing in. Nope; the smell is coming from INSIDE. After doing some personal investigating, I am pretty positive the smell is coming from the dirty trash cans. I have NEVER smelled anything like this inside a restaurant where people are paying to eat there; it is literally nauseating. I haven't been able to sit down and eat inside in weeks. It is very, very gross. If the manager and staff cannot even keep the trash cans clean, I am terrified as to what the kitchen looks like...

Avoid this location. I will now go out of my way to go to the one on Market, one block away.

If you want to taste an American Classic in its purest form then you must try this burger! Grass fed beef formed into patties grilled to perfection on the flattop. That greasy crust adds crunch to the unmistakably beefy taste of the medium Patty. Get the mini burger with everything on it and you'll have a satisfying, juicy burger experience. If you want to indulge in gluttonous deliciousness, then get the super burger. Super yummy! I've tried hundreds of burgers Nationwide...none surpasses this. It is the quintessential American Burger. If someone came to the United States and had time to eat only one Burger it should be the Super Duper burger because it defines the genre. With all that said, the burger is the second best thing on the menu. The garlic fries eclipse even the best burger in the country. Garlic and cheese liberally sprinkled over crispy fries...this borders on insanity. Your taste buds can't keep up with the overload. Putting these fries on the same platter with the Super Burger and you get the single best meal on the planet. It is a meal you'll remember fondly, but it will make all future meals seem less.
