My group went during the soft opening. My partner and I got the Buy 1 Get 1 soft opening deal of Traditional Hand Pulled Noodle Soup and Fried Pork Buns. We got one not spicy noodle with regular thickness and one mildly spicy noodle that's flat. Personally, I didn't like the noodles and the amount of cilantro. But the soup and meat tasted fine. My partner's noodle bowl wasn't actually mildly spicy, only had one daikon, and they regretted selecting the flat noodles. I should have gotten thin noodles and my partner said the regular noodles were more to their liking. I didn't like the fried pork buns at all. The bread felt undercooked or too thick; additionally, the bottom wasn't even crispy and the inside wasn't juicy at all... There is a self serve water station table. My group was six people but we split tables since most seating are for max of four persons and we were hungry after waiting almost an hour. In my case, it seem staff would give the tables to groups of 1-4 persons first because that table would be empty and none of the nearby tables were available for our bigger group. There are QR codes on some tables to order yourself but since we didn't want to make a mistake on the B1G1 deal, we waved a staff member to place the order. They are happy to help once they were able to get to our table.

I’ve been here 3 times in a week. The traditional beef noodle soup is flavorful, though I think the broth could use a bit more salt to really bring it to life. Also, I don’t recommend the thinnest noodle option; the standard thin noodles have a much better texture. Also on day 1 they gave you a ton of beef for the noodle soup (it was amazing šŸ™ˆ) a few days later it reduced to about half of the portion, but still a decent amount thinking of the price. I also tried the beef stew rice noodle soup. To be honest, it was just okay. The broth was quite bland and the rice noodles were overcooked, though the beef itself was tender and well-seasoned. The standout dish for me so far is the beef and pepper dry mix noodles (spicy)—absolutely delicious and full of bold flavor. On the side, I recommend the seaweed salad and lamb skewers. The spicy cold chicken was just okay for me. It’s served on the bone, which made it a bit hard to eat. Service is pretty slow. Also the dishes come out in a weird order. Like the cold dishes come out usually very late… the noodles come first. But you would expect to eat cold dishes as an appetizer šŸ˜‚ Overall, I’ll definitely keep coming back to try more dishes. There’s a lot of potential here!

It’s opening day for this restaurant and it’s very busy. It has decent atmosphere with a more modern decor. Service was ok as we were greeted immediately but service was mixed as it wasn’t clear which person was our waiter. Now given that this was a soft opening, you’d have to give them some time to work out the kinks. It’s a large restaurant and it was filled. We ordered the braised beef noodle soup and also beef noodle soup with pickled vegetables. We also ordered the siu lung bow as that is usually a marker for a quality meal.

Overall, we felt that the meal was good but not great. The noodles are hand pulled in house and there’s a window where you can see the chefs prepping the noodles and meals. But the soup was a bit bland although the beef was very tender. The siu lung bow needed salt but had lots of juice, but the skin was thick and a bit tough.

We’d also recommend vinegar besides the soy sauce and hot sauce on the tables. We’d also recommend having small sauce dishes for each person.

Overall, the food is ok, service needs a bit more work and the atmosphere is ok. We’ll come back in three or four weeks to give an...
