Very disappointed with the service we received. We had originally came specifically to redeem a discount/gift code for this location from a back of the receipt, but our request was denied as the discount had “ended” even though there was no expiration date on the discount/gift receipt. It is not crowded nor were there any orders in front of us, yet we still waited over ten minutes for 2 classic drinks. We had missed a total of 3 buses during this time frame and the entire time the two ladies at the counter were on their phone and talking even though they just had two orders to finish. Completely unprofessional. Why are there two bobaristas when they only make at a rate of 1 drink per 10 minutes. They completely forgot about our second drink and were confused as to why we were waiting when we are literally one of the only people waiting at the store.

There was "plentea" to be excited about having boba right before the Kylie Minogue concert on my birthday. Thank goodness they exist because this was surprisingly one of the best boba shops here in Mission Bay.

First off, I loved that you can choose to have your drink in a glass container or plastic. You could take it home afterwards but had to go next door for a concert. They must realize this so it's no sweat off their backs, but I appreciate the sustainable option to not waste unnecessary plastic cups.

I ordered from the kiosk and got an Oolong Milk Tea with Oat Milk (love the non-dairy option, thank you!) with boba, and it was just as expected. A really earthy oolong flavor here and the boba itself was soft and chewy, just how I like it.

Came in the other day for a late snack and dessert. Nutella is my go-to, and it never disappoints. I don't add anything to it.

I usually get their fried popcorn chicken too, which is so good, but they sold out, so I tried the curry croquettes. It was tasty.

The service is where it's at! My gf dropped my drink, which we ordered in glass, and it shatters all over the floor with other folks in the place. The worker was so kind to not react negatively. He cleaned it up well and said it was OK and even re made the drink!!
