Michelle (Yinying) Wang is a true super star. I've been banking exclusively with her for all my Chase-related finances. She is very peppy and friendly and has been a wonderful help with all my financial questions and financial services from helping me with bypassing some minor but annoying app glitches to setting up CDs and doing some basic banking, setting up fraud protection and giving me a fraud protection kit, and so on. The sky is the limit with what Michelle can do for you, she has gone above and beyond what any financial advisor can do for you at your bank of choice, I cannot sing high enough praises for her!
Michelle alone makes this my favorite branch of Chase to go into, I truly hope she will stick around for a bit longer! 20 out of 10 stars recommend here for her, although the bank itself is very friendly and very modern and nice (go figure, since it's on the to the Chase Center block).

This guy is a prime example of that. Me and a family member visited this branch today and this clown says: "I was just making sure you was with her" Then proceeds to say: "You can't hear me right?" I own a small business, and between the assistant branch manager and the other banker who assisted with both of my wires they both dropped the ball catastrophically. Honestly, PICK ANOTHER BRANCH, if you need to handle serious business. Everyone there is to comfortable ever time I walk in. No one greets you properly. There was no accountability displayed by Eddie or Surbia. Surbia made a misspelling in my wire, which I foolishly missed , but then when I went in two days later and got another wire completed by Eddie, he didn't even look at my original wire docs. Just copies and pasted the WRONG info. So, I had to wait almost 2-4 weeks to be able to retrieve ALL of my money back from my wires, PLUS find the time to go BACK and COMPLETE the wire.
