Some of these reviews are hilarious. Especially people complaining about street parking. I can already tell (and know from experience) that half of the people in these reviews don't know how to order their stuff properly or understand how city tax, store policy, and food service work. The other have no idea what actual human decency is. All this "I kindly asked" reviews are lies to cover the fact that you acted like an ass because your coffee was made PER A RECIPE, but you burnt yourself because YOU wanted it at 200 degrees. Let alone the fact that some orders are so damn ridiculous that even you don't know what you're doing. If you're going to belittle the person on the other side of the counter because the city YOU live in, has certain rules or because YOU don't understand how to treat a human, the issue here, is once again, YOU. Starbucks has a menu online and in store for a reason. Ordering your tripple affogato latte coconut milk shaken venti drink and then complaining you didn't get 4 ice cubes more is insane. 1* for the manager that lacks professionalism when asked about the price that the other employee didn't realize was posted on the wall already.
0* for emoloyee/employees and their customer-friends' rudeness, having to knock at the restroom door while a paying customer was clearly doing restroom-related "business" (it's not always that people use the restroom just to do the#1; allow time for#2).
0* for not having...

When entering, the handles are the pull kind but you actually need to push. Conversely, when exiting, the handles are those horizontal bars but you actually need to pull. Despite signs on the door indicating push and pull, as I still there enjoying my coffee, I notice that almost all customers make the same mistake. This rating is for that set of doors. Starbucks, please, for my sanity, the sanity of your customers, and most importantly, for the health of those doors, fix...
