Taqueria Guadalajara — Restaurant in San Francisco

Terrible experience at Taqueria Guadalajara waste of time, mean lady at Taqueria Guadalajara in San Francisco treat customers rude!!!, I order food for a six man work crew on April 5th at 11:19 am for a lunch break using Uber Eats, and when the food was delivered there was only one burrito and maybe two or three tacos, so the work crew and I decided to walk to the restaurant to explain the wrong order and hopefully they will fix the order and we will there, so on arrival I ask to speak with a supervisor or a manager about the wrong order and I was told there is no manager or supervisor, so I ask who can help us to fix the wrong order? Then the lady at the counter started raising her voice at me, this was very embarrassing as customers watch her behavior being very rude and because of her raising her voice at me, I ask for a refund, we was very disappointed with her customer service, then she made a phone call and had us waiting for over 25 minutes, this was very unpleasant for me and the work crew because we was on a lunch break expecting, this should had be a easy thing to fix Taqueria Guadalajara.

We did get this on recording of the lady at the cashier being rude, raising her voice and being a mean person, I would never come back Taqueria Guadalajara.

I stumbled into this place for a few reasons. I haven't had a "real Mission district" taco for years, no joke. It was after a very long and drawn out search for key duplication. I had finally accomplished my goal Phew! (I'm beat just tellin' the tale, which is all true). I liked my carnitas burrito a heck of a lot and would eat there too because the decor was homie and charming, imho. The only reason I don't go back there for another one tonight is because it's so far from my home. But I'll certainly go again when I'm in that neck of the woods. Oh, and the young lady who took ny order was nice too. I'm hungry just tellin' this story. No kiddin'! Hmmm? Good luck everybody. Check them out if you can. And don't come back on me if it's not your best taco ever, (iykwim). Feliz appitito! (sp?)...

I didn't like this place. I went on a week day night trying to get dinner at 9:00pm, for sure I was happy I found this place was still open. I ordered fajitas with pinto beans making sure the whole thing was vegan which I was also happy about. However, the dish didn't taste good, it was bland especially the pinto beans tasted like they just came out of a can with no attempt to make them more tasty. The portion was huge, but that wasn't a bad thing I guess, for my husband took the leftover home and pimped it for his dinner the day after... The place looked not looked after: the floor around the tables were filthy with food and waste from previous costumers, and the bathroom had also seen better days. Altogether unfortunately I would...
