Bibo’s Little Italy has quickly become one of our favorite spots, and after three visits, it’s safe to say this place consistently delivers amazing food, great service, and a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere. It’s never overcrowded, making it the perfect place to enjoy a quiet, satisfying meal without the rush of larger Italian restaurants.
We always start with the Caesar Salad, which is beautifully fresh, featuring crisp romaine, just the right amount of Parmesan, crunchy croutons, and a creamy, well-balanced Caesar dressing. Adding chicken is a great option if you're looking for something more filling.
One of our absolute favorites is the Fries with Parmesan & Truffle—crispy, perfectly seasoned, and infused with that unmistakable truffle aroma. These fries are dangerously addictive and a must-order every time we come.
Bibo’s Pepperoni Pizza is another standout, with a crispy yet chewy crust, high-quality pepperoni, and just the right balance of cheese and sauce. It’s the kind of pizza that makes you want to come back again and again.
For pasta lovers, the Signature Pasta selection offers something for everyone, and every dish we’ve tried has been excellent. Some highlights:
The Rig – Rigatoni in a creamy vodka marinara sauce with sausage, bacon, and arugula. Rich, flavorful, and a perfect balance of savory and slightly spicy.
Tartufo – Cheese ravioli with truffle, cream, and mushrooms. If you love truffle, this dish is pure indulgence.
The Classic – Spaghetti with a giant meatball in spicy marinara, finished with Parmesan and basil. A simple yet perfectly executed dish.
The Sicilian – Egg fettuccine tossed in pesto with mozzarella, pine nuts, sun-dried tomatoes, and Parmesan. A bold, herby, and satisfying pasta.
Special mention for their sandwiches, delicious!!
To accompany the meal, they have a nice selection of wines that pair beautifully with their dishes.
If there’s one minor miss, it’s probably the cannoli, which didn’t quite live up to expectations. But with so many other fantastic options on the menu, it’s hardly a dealbreaker.
Bibo’s Little Italy is the best option for anyone craving authentic, high-quality Italian food in a cozy, welcoming setting. Every visit has been a pleasure, and we’re already looking forward to our...
Read moreLived in San Jose for 20 years and never knew about Bibo's. But we really enjoyed it and we'll come back again for certain.
We only had two items, but both were quite good. The caesar salad was fairly basic but great dressing. But we really, really liked the pizza. We had half pepperoni, half sausage and mushroom. The pizza is New York style and has that floppy thing going. So bet to fold it in half when you eat. BTW they charged me the combination price for this, which is a little suspect.
The restaurant itself is split into two parts. Not sure why, but one side has video games and seems more casual, and the other has a wine tasting area. Very rustic and authentic.
The service was odd. Two servers helped us. One was really nice and friendly. The other was not friendly at all. But either the bartender or manager (not sure which) also came out to check on...

You can find all of these at Bibo's Pizza, Little Italy!
These three businesses are all connected in this building. You can dine anywhere in the building or use their covered patio in the back for larger crowds. It seats 127 so you should be able to find a spot to sit.
Today, I went with 23 coworkers.
The restaurant took all of our individual pizza slice orders with no problem! We told them where we planned to sit and our food was delivered very quickly!
I ordered the Truffle Arancini and the Mozzarella bites. The Arancini was excellent! The ricotta they were nested in was a delightful accompaniment.
The pizza is always excellent, I have been here many times with friends.
Next time I need to order a glass of good red wine with a salumi and cheese plate! All my favorite food groups...
