I recently heard about CEO Noodles, a new noodle restaurant in downtown San Jose, and decided to give it a try on a cold and windy night when we had no dinner plans. It turned out to be a wonderful surprise for my family and our taste buds! Even my picky kids loved itâI could tell by how quickly they finished their noodles.
We ordered their popular beef noodle soup along with a variety of other noodle dishes. From the first sip of the soup, we raised our eyebrows in delight. The broth was savory and clearly made with a secret stewing recipe. The appetizers, like the drunken chicken, pepper fungus, and their special seafood sauce, werenât overly fancy in appearance but delivered truly incredible flavors.
The portions were generous, the staff was friendly, and the warm atmosphere added to the experience. To top it off, the beautiful artwork on the wallsâpainted by the restaurant ownerâmade the visit even more memorable.
Weâll definitely be coming...
Read moreI recently visited this restaurant and was absolutely blown away by its artistic and modern ambiance. The decor is unique and creative, with vibrant colors, floral installations on the ceiling, and a design that feels both high-end and welcoming. Every corner is photo-worthy, adding a touch of elegance and fun to the dining experience.
The food is equally impressive â fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. You can tell that a lot of thought goes into each dish, elevating the dining experience beyond just a meal. The staff is attentive and friendly, which only enhances the feeling of enjoying a premium experience.
I genuinely wish this gem was located closer to Palo Alto or Los Altos so I could visit more often. Itâs the kind of place youâd want to bring friends or family for a special occasion, or just to enjoy a delightful, artistic escape from the everyday. Highly recommend checking it out if youâre...

I ordered the Spiced Laksa Noodles Soup, and let me tell you this, it was good. Being from Malaysia, this more than satisfied my cravings for some good curry noodles. It was mildly spicy (I can eat very spicy food so it may be spicy for you) and very flavorful, with 2 pieces of shrimp, mussels, clams, tofu, half an egg, fish cake, and plenty of noodles to fill you up. My wife ordered the Savory Beijing Beef Noodles and she said it was very good. Both our kids love their Pho noodles, which weren't on the menu on the self ordering touchscreen kiosk but the lady gladly took the orders separately. Definitely would...
