Have been here many times and can say employees are nice and overall experiences have been great. They are a very clean store, serve quality food and are very proficient in moving the drive thru alongš Unfortunately today was a bit bizarre that left me confused. Waiting in line as normal and reading the signs as we wait.. one says "breakfast ends at a 1030 etc" and another a few feet ahead stating the "mask mandate etc" which we always wear. As I order and the man over the speaker was friendly and nice and said at the end, "we urge you to use credit card for payment" i replied with "is having exact change ok and he said yes thats no problem see you at the window. I pull up to pay and im greeted with a woman holding a card slider and I tell her I have exact cash payment. This is where the attitude came out for no reason at all she shook her head at me and said no cash no cash card only. She says there is a sign at beginning of drive-thru (which was not there after looking twice). I told her we weren't aware of any sign and the man taking the order said he "urges cc payment but exact amount is ok". She then begin to roll her eyes and say there is a sign. So I kindly asked her to point to the sign she could not, she just kept repeating its at the beginning of the drive thru and I told her maybe its not out there today and told her how the first sign was ending breakfast1030 and masks. She mumbled something I couldn't make out then told me then she says FINE this one time only (very rudely) and shoves the brown tray out the window. I thanked her kindly in shock and placed the cash and exact change in the tray. She gave me the food and I parked confused. Could i have missed a sign while waiting in a slow line reading each sign?? I got off the car and walked around to read the signs posted and indeed there was not one out there saying credit card only. Stopped here for a quick lunch while in the area in business travel. The staff was not friendly. No response when I said āthank youā, normally at Chick-fil-a they respond to you with āMy Pleasureā. Not here.
Asked for the Kale Crunch salad as my side, as it is advertised all over the store as their new item. The cashier, Maria, just stared at me with a blank face and said āWe donāt have thatā.... no explanation no nothing.
The inside of the restaurant was very dirty. None of the tables appeared clean and there was trash all over the floor. Which again is weird because there was nobody eating inside beside myself and one other table of two people. At the Chick-Fil-A I am used to you would be hard pressed to find a dirty table or any trash even with a Full restaurant. In fact in other chick-Fil-a I am used to them coming up and taking my trash just as I finish.
They were out of napkins and all the condiments were in disarray.
Considering the quality and service I am used to receiving at the hundreds of other Chick-fil-A restaurants I have visited I was very disappointed in the quality/service is this one.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went here on a Saturday at 12:45. As expected there was a 15 minute line before I could order. This is expected at just about every Chick-fil-A I have been to around lunch. The place was packed, but the table we're turning over quickly so I was able to get a table rather easily considering how busy the place was. When I placed my order the gentleman ( I call him gentleman because he was very nice and polite and he was wearing a bow tie) immediately apologized for the wait in line and then thanked us for visiting today. He didn't rush our order and asked me how my day was going and what we were up to that day. He took our order and let us know if we wanted drink refills where to go and let us know even though the line to order is ling, there was no wait for refills at the side of the counter. He asked for our sauces and was patient and smiling with my kids while they decided. The food as usual was great. I had the Spicy deluxe and so did my 9 year old son. I thought it had a nice little amount of spiciness, but my son thought it was spicy but not too spicy and would order again.
