I have patronized many Chipotle Mexican Grill branches over the last few years at various States and have always received consistent good services from these branches. However, on both occasions that I have visited the branch located at 4180 N 1st St UNIT 60, San Jose, CA 95134, the services that I had received are so bad that I decided to write a review about this branch. On my first visit about 3 weeks ago while waiting in queue, after serving the person in front of me, the female server suddenly decided that she wanted to work on some phone order and thus I have to wait for 5 minutes while she was working on this phone order. Now, there were at least 3 - 4 servers at the counter working on phone orders etc. but somehow this server decided to stop serving me and join the other servers as well after she had served at least 3 queuing customers who are in front of me without having them to wait. Nevertheless, I waited patiently for about 4-5 mins while she completed the phone order and then switched back to taking my in-person order.
On my second visit which was today 04/21/21 at around 6:00 pm, there was no customer in this branch when I went in to place my in-person order. However, although one female server (she subsequently claimed that she is the manager and her name is Melissa) and two other male servers were present at the counter, the female manager just walked away after noticing me and one of the male server also started moving between the counter and the kitchen while not really doing any work but just refusing to serve me. Thus, I had to wait for a few minutes before the 3rd server who was busily preparing for a phone order to tell me that he will start taking my order soon. After waiting for a few more minutes with no server willing to take my order (the second server still pretended to act busy by checking on the food packed by the third server), I informed the third server that they are providing very poor service to me by refusing to take my order. As such, I demanded to talk to the manager. However, instead of the manager coming to listen to my complaint, she sent a third male server to try to pacify me. When I realized that this third male server was not the manager and demanded to talk to the manager, she then reluctantly appeared with a defiant and unpleasant look in her face. She also claimed that all of them are busily handling phone orders and thus none of them are able to serve the only customer (myself) in the branch and thus she does not think that it is an issue if I had to wait for almost 10 minutes without anyone taking my order. Upon asking her name, she also initially tried to evade this question by providing some nonsensical replies before she eventually provided her first name as Melissa. Thus, based on the two poor experiences that I have encountered in this particular Chipotle location at 4180 N 1st St UNIT 60, San Jose, CA 95134, I think that the top management should sent all the staff at this location (especially the manager Melissa) for retraining on providing good customer services as I have never encountered such poor services at other Chipotle branches located cross...

That shocked me because usually if you are less than 7 cents short, the cashier would let you have your item. But not this lady, she was very rude and mean when I gave her the only 11$ I had. I contacted Chipotle the same night that it happened, within 30 minutes of it happening. As soon as we got home and saw that it was missing from the bag, I contacted Chipotle through the app. They told me I had to email and contact Chipotle to get refunded. I did that right away as well. I would have gone back to the store, but it is far away from our house. I had emailed them back for a week answering all their questions. They kept asking the same questions over and over and I kept answering. Finally, after a week, they sent me an email and said that since it’s been a week, they cannot give me a refund anymore.
