CREAM — Restaurant in San Jose

I called last Wednesday to order a cake to be picked up Saturday afternoon. When I arrived to pick up the cake on my way to the birthday party the employee told me I was probably at the wrong location. After I confirmed I was at the correct store that I had phoned she called the manager. I waited for nearly 10 minutes while she was in the back of the store on the phone and looking for cake. Finally she came out front and told me there was a small problem. The problem was that they never made the cake and the employee that took my order over the phone never submitted my request. She then said I could take 12 ice cream cookie sandwiches at full price instead. She wasnt able to tell me what kind of ice cream or cookies they were. I decided against that. When I told her I would pass she responded with, " ok have a nice day. Sorry about that".

While it wasnt her fault nor the managers that we didnt receive the cake we were counting on it was the way the situation was poorly handled that really disappointed me.

If you're a big fan of ice cream sandwiches, CREAM is the place to come to. You can mix and match your cookies, choose your ice cream, and your toppings to create your own special ice cream sandwich to your liking. I'm a big fan of chocolate chip cookies and cream sure has one of the best chewy crispy chocolaty cookies i've tried thus far. Their chocolate ice cream was good and i topped it with oreo crumbs. So many different combinations you can do here. if you're not into creating your own dessert you can just get a scoop of your favorite ice cream or just get a cookie to fix your sweet tooth. This location is very small and parking is hard to come by. Patio seating is outdoor. But an overall solid 4 star place to...

So my best friends and I went for some ice cream. This place is so awesome, it was recommended to us. This ice cream is the best I’ve ever had! The customer service is awesome! I believe I got the mini ice cream sandwich and it was perfect! It was late at night after an event and we wanted to sit outside just for a few minutes. We’re not from the area but a homeless man started to kinda bother us, and then Marquis an employee there, came out the store and stood there until the man would leave. The man didn’t leave so he took us inside even thought they were like closed, sorry but thanks! What an Awesome Man ! Thanks for watching out ! Made our night! 🙏🏼 ✨ We”ll be coming...
