Poor customer service...we came in tonight and there were only 2 people in the shop eating...we can hear laughing from the back..I walk over the register area and theres 3 girls in the back having a snack y en el chisme..I said hello and they just looked at me and started putting stuff away and 2 of them come out laughing and completely ignored us...so we waited a bit to see how long it was going to take them to take our order...they didnt bother until my daughter asked if she can order and the pregnant one said that the other girl that was still in the back was gonna take her order..really??...she goes to the back and she doesnt come out...finally the pregnant one takes her order after all that...just ridiculous..no...

I was in the neighborhood and saw this shop. It was a very colorful interior. It has many ice cream and ice cream bar selections. Since it is mexican ice cream and dessert shop and I love Msngonada so much, I went in and asked if they had Mangonada, and yes, they had it. The worker was nice. It was one of the best mangonada I had. It's not that sour. I like the tamarind candy, which is chewy. Pricewise it is quite high...

Estuvimos ahí hace 3 días: Ya no tienen paquetes. La fruta estaban unas secas y otras picadas quizá desde mínimo un día antes (se quitan las ganas de pedir bionicos). Pedí 3 sabores de nieve qué justamente se veían recién hecho en el congelador a la vista (y jamás la agarraron de ahi), ni por equivocacion la crema batida de mi banana split toco la tapa de la caja (asi de vacia), y le ponen el topping con miedo de pasarse de una miserable cucharadita de plastico) Las bolas grandes que servían cuando abrieron esta sucursal desaparecieron (ahora salen casi de medio tamaño) Venía a esta neveria porque pensaba que exactamente estaba pagando por la calidad y el servicio (ahora ya esta caro y pobremente servido) Cuando nos entregaron lo que pedimos, la malteada esa con gansito estaba super derretida, las banana split también ( por favor una forma de tomar la orden y cobrarnos antes de que nos sirvan así cuando nos preparen las cosas nos las vayan entregando). Entrenen a su personal cuando haya poca gente ( y de pasadita a que sonrían y que dejen de hacer caras de disgusto cuando elegimos nuestros sabores "nosotros los clientes decidimos que compraremos". Y como sugerencia creo necesitan más personal al frente aunque sea a media semana o bueno a 2 personas eran las...
