Absolutely amazing small mom and pop shop. Excellent customer service every time. They are always on point, items are always fresh. The line can get long but totally worth the wait.

Favorite Items I Recommend:

Michelagua- fresh fruit water with real fruit mix, candy stick, topped with chamoy and Tajin.

Manzana Loca (crazy apple)- homemade chamoy covered apple w/ natural fruit of your choice, topped with chamoy and Tajin.

Fresh Fruit- fruit of your choice topped with chamoy, lime, Tajin, and Valentina hot sauce.

Fresh Ice cream- you can get cream based or water based ice-cream (cone, waffle cone, or cup).

Fresh fruit juice (agua fresca)- they have a variety of flavors (e.g, strawberry, mango, cucumber/chia, watermelon, pineapple (seasonal only).

Corn on cob or in cup- topped with your choice of crumbled cheese, mayonnaise, Tajin, or hot cherries.

Nice place to go for your summer cravings, clean atmosphere, small parking lot, and good portions although a little bit pricey; they charged extra if you're using your debit card. I wish I could give this establishment a 10/10 but unfortunately they don't take allergies seriously. I'm allergic to coconut, and every time I go to get my fresas con leche I've asked nicely to be careful with that but I guess it's too much to ask because I still got an allergic reaction; after nicely asking again to be careful they just responded to me really defensive stating that if I keep getting allergic reactions it's probably something else I'm allergic to, and I should go check myself. I understand your concern but as a customer I don't think you should be speaking to us in that way, their unprofessional response made my experience...

This place makes a really good mangonada. Very good paleteria. It was very busy when we went, but that's a really good indicator that this place is really good.

They have a really extensive range of ice cream flavors and have a good menu of snacks. I got the elote on a stick, and a large mangonada but would want to try other stuff too like tostilocos and other loaded chips.

The only downside, which isn't the store's fault, is.... the parking sucks. We had to park a couple of blocks down to get to the shop. BUT, that shouldn't stop you from getting good Mexican treats and ice cream...
