Tacos los 3 Hermanos | Taco Truck — Restaurant in San Jose

I waited over half an hour for nachos. The communication between the cashier and cook was non-existent. This resulted in multiple orders being made incorrectly and being returned to be re-made while I waited. The cashier continued to reorder tickets on the line while food was being prepared (again without communicating with the chef). This gave the quick orders presidence and left longer orders waiting even longer. The cook called the orders out in solely in Spanish. The food truck was in a commercial financial building and not everyone understands Spanish, so orders sat for a long time as people tried to figure out if their number had been called. Orders were given to to wrong customers. The person behind me ordered an agua fresco but wanted to know what flavors they had (the truck menu reflects they have multiple flavors). They only had mango. The person asked for a small (a size option on the board) and was told only large was available. My number 43, was never called, but 44 was called twice and one of the items was mine. 44 had a similar order, but mine had no jalapeno. They mixed...

I drive by here on the way to work almost daily, today I saw that their sign said PUPUSAS so I turned around and decided to give then a try.

I called ahead and ordered the chicharron con queso, didnt ask for price. When I got there and saw the menu, I noticed they were $5 each which seemed awfully steep.

The pupusas were large and flat, unlike authentic pupusas. These were more like quesadillas. The pork was not mixed like typical Salvadorean "chicharron" and there wasn't much filling, I honestly dont think there was cheese in mine.

The curtido and salsa were even more disappointing. I got green salsa and some weird looking guacamole sauce...are these people even Salvadorean? Ever eat a pupusa? Such a disgrace...
