Mountain Mike's Pizza — Restaurant in San Jose

This place is dead every time we have come. The food is hit or miss. And mostly miss! My husband and I started to order pizza without meat due to how the meat tasted and cheese for our kid, sometimes with beef / chicken. The meat tastes dirty and old. Ingredients do not taste fresh and probably stored longer than supposed to or are not stored in the right conditions. We've never had a chicken or beef pizza taste good there. Even fresh tomatoes on top of the pizzas have tasted rotten. It's been awhile since we've had pizza, so we decided to order recently and for right under 60$ for 2 large pizzas(coupons even changed and now not worth it), we will never come back. This was the worst pizza we've ever had. I wasn't even comfortable giving it away. It was so bad. We have officially wasted too much money over the past few years trying the pizzas since this place moved in(it's just close to home & convenient). Overall, not impressing a bit with the quality of food, customer service is basic, lack of decent coupons and parking, and so much more. Our local Round Table closed so we decided to give Mountain Mike's a try. I know I liked their pizza in the past. We ordered two large pizzas. I'm not sure about my husband's pizza, but I am mad about mine. Mine was The McKinley with thin crust and added pineapple. Well, the pizza was a thin crust and had pineapple, but the toppings were scant, there was barely any mushroom or bell pepper, some slices had none, and there was NO SAUCE. Also, this was a delivery order. We were not given any peppers or cheese packets, nor plates or napkins. We also ordered hot wings with blue cheese dressing. No blue cheese dressing. In the future I may give them one more chance before deciding to never order here again (and I will order for pickup since the delivery estimate was 45 minutes but the delivery time was 1 hour 15 minutes), but right now I am just too annoyed because I was really looking forward to a good combination pizza, not a crust with cheese, no sauce and barely any toppings. At least I can use some canned pizza sauce and my own ingredients to try to rescue it when I have the rest of it tomorrow, but I shouldn't...

UPDATE: 4/29 Well, clearly the online order system moved me to this location again. I tried ordering online for delivery. I didn't notice it used this location. Ordered at 5:19pm. Promised time: 6:04pm. No food at 6:20pm so I called. I was told "driver is out".

Twenty minutes LATER still no pizza. Called to cancel. Still don't know if I'll get my money back. I even added a tip to the total charge - hope I get my money back.

I tried this location as it's a bit closer to our home. We love the pizza but man, the service at BOTH Campbell's Mountain Mike's needs to get better! I ordered online (as always) about a month ago. When I showed up (for my selected time) they started to give me my order but there was only ONE pizza. Oops! Yeah...so I got to sit a wait an extra 20+ minutes for my second pizza. I was offered a amazing 2 liter of soda...um, yeah, that's like $2. Plus because my first pizza was ready, it sat in the "warmer" while my second pizza was being prepped. Not really fantastic.
