Nation's Giant Hamburgers & Great Pies — Restaurant in San Jose

This has to be one of the best nations in the Bay Area. I had a great experience yesterday with the staff and their General Manager MarieMar was very inviting and helpful throughout our stay. The place was very clean and everybody had smiles on their faces. I ordered the nation’s cheeseburger and it was perfect. The cheese was melted at perfect temp and the vegetables were very crisp. Had it with fries and they too were just how I like. Soft but not undercooked. I also had a chocolate milkshake which was very delightful. It was a bit hard to suck it thru the straw but it was worth the wait. Very thick milkshake just how I like. Overall best experience over all the other Nations burgers I visited...

The staff was friendly but food came out a bit on the slow slide. It was 130pm. The food was eh! The burger patty was dry and barely warm. My chili cheese dog was lukewarm. Cheese was hardly melted. The onion rings were horrible. Too much batter. The only good thing was the fries and strawberry shake. We thought since we waited for food for a while that it was all going to be fresh but they weren’t. The meals did not come with a drink… for $16 plus the drink… and how it came out, should have asked for our money back. We spent over $80 for three of us and it was very disappointing. Tried this place but was disappointed as burger was mushy/soggy hardly any produce as onions was chopped, and no tomatoe as well meat was still red,not fully cooked. Fyrs warm/cold soggy not fresh and just a few frys see picture bag of frys wasnt even full. Maybe fry ,tomatoes and onion shortage. Staff was more worried on their conversation than the customer. Sat on table I had to clean my table as there was left over food from previous customer. Won't be going to this...
