I visited Noah's Bagels on the morning of October 17, 2023, and I cannot express enough how utterly disappointed and frustrated I am with the service I received. I feel compelled to share my experience on Yelp to make other potential customers aware of the issues I encountered.

From the moment I entered the establishment at around 5:30 am, it was clear that the staff member I interacted with was not interested in providing even a modicum of customer service. They exhibited a snarky and rude demeanor, which only worsened as our interaction continued. The attitude displayed was outright hostile, and it felt as if they wanted to refuse me service and deter me from eating there.

One of the most frustrating aspects of my visit was their insistence that the only form of payment accepted was cash. When I politely assured them that I had cash, their response was not only unprofessional but also rude. It's essential to note that I had no problem paying with cash, but their tone and condescending attitude were unwarranted.

To add insult to injury, when I requested smoked salmon on my bagel, they claimed that the store didn't have any in stock. However, when I asked about lox, suddenly, it was available. It was evident that they were playing games and weaponizing incompetence to be passive-aggressive.

Overall, my experience at Noah's Bagels on this day was nothing short of a nightmare. I left the establishment feeling frustrated and disrespected. I have decided never to return to this location, and I strongly encourage others to think twice before choosing to eat here.

I sincerely hope that the management addresses the customer service issues and ensures that such behavior does not deter potential customers in the future. No one should have to endure the kind of treatment I experienced...

I am so disappointed in the way they treated me . I went in for a honey wheat bagel with cream cheese and I walked out with a bagel with honey . I drove back and told them this is not what I ordered very politely. I got my second bagel and went to my car, only to get a second bagel with honey. I realized that they took my order wrong . So I got back in line to order another one but with cream cheese . The young girl then seen me and yelled at me across the store . Cream cheese right . Cream cheese . !? I was taken back and I really wanted to be just as rude but I kept my cool and just nodded my head. I was ready to pay for the correct bagel. I didn’t want a freebie ! I wanted my bagel . So now I finally got the bagel and I drove off . As I open it and now on the freeway I almost Choked on my bagel from how dry it was. The disrespect was beyond me. I will never go back because of the rudeness of this place. The young girls that work there should not work at a place that serves people. The Customer service is not good ! It is never ok to yell at people across the store. Very rude . They have Ruben on rye on the menu. Then the male at the cash register says they do not have rye bread, and have not for weeks. They also do not know when they will be getting more. He offered Ruben on a bagel.... Okay, so I ask, Can I get a discount of you're going to serve me a Ruben on a bagel, because I feel like it would be degrading to the Ruben to do so. A skinny man who took charge of the conversation, who I assume was acting manager...Said sorry no. The manufacturer is not sending us rye so we can't do that.... bad customer severe. One star for competency. If you can't serve it take it off the menu. I have worked customer service for a number of years. This is not how you grow a brand. I do not come to Noah's often.
