Went in to buy sunglasses, they have a nice selection of Ray-Ban and Oakley and other brands at good prices.
The lady helping me was very rude, I wanted to see multiple pairs as I was buying two pairs as a present for my parents. She kept putting them back and giving me one pair at a time. At this point I asked to please not put them back, she can hold on to them or put them on a tray behind her otherwise it’s impossible for me to make a decision, she ignored me, it was like she was looking right through me, no eye contact.
I think she thought it reasonable that I was there to run away with a $50 pair of glasses 😂 the security guy was literally behind me

Tuesdays are senior discount days, meaning more customers, yet the store consistently fails to staff enough cashiers to accommodate the crowd. Today, there were about 10 people in line with only one cashier working. When we asked for another cashier, we were told they were switching, but the process took over 20 minutes!
Additionally, there aren’t enough customer assistants on the floor to help shoppers. Management should address these issues by adding more staff, especially on busy days like Tuesdays. Long lines and lack of assistance make the shopping experience frustrating. I hope Ross takes customer feedback seriously and improves staffing to better serve...
