Starbucks — Restaurant in Campbell

I have gone to this Starbucks several times in the last 4 months, and the staff is usually very nice with the exception of today April 18, 2015. The employee who took my order was very professional and his name was Horatio. The employee running the bar who's name was Lindsey was extremely rude. When my name was called for my order I had politely told her that the drink she prepared wasn't what I ordered. She became extremely rude and said that was what was written on my cup. Upon inspection my cup said what I had ordered which is not what she made. And i wasn't the only one standing around with the wrong order. It totally ruined my desire to ever go back to that...

I had placed an online order for my boyfriend to pick up on his way to work and when he got there the order was completely messed up.My boyfriend couldn’t stay for a remake due to him going to work so I tried calling their phone to try and see if I could go in later today for the remake or refund… this location can’t even answer the phones and once they do they put me straight on hold and one of the girls i guess accidentally picks up and all i heard was “this phone won’t stop ringing”. Starbucks train your employees appropriately on serving customers and answering...

While in the area, I chose to stop at this Starbucks for a little wifi and a break from driving. I should have remembered that they don't have the normal breakfast/lunch sandwich options. But they don't so I guess I was only here to have coffee with my wifi break.

The americano was $1 more than any other Starbucks I have been to in the last couple months! More than 30% more than other Starbucks.

They also seem to have removed all the wall outlets (or at least all the ones I noticed), so with all of this, I will never be back to this...
