Marshalls — Local services in Campbell

Horrible customer service. I bought a calphalon pan from them and used it only once to realize the lid is not glued and sealed probably and water goes underneath and will cause molding over time. Less than 24 hours after purchasing I went back to store and explained the problem and asked for discount cause obviously I have to replace the lid. They refused to give me discount or replace the lid. Fun fact the pan was only 10$ less than retail price and I only bought it from this store cause I was around and I was in rush. I even tried to explain it to the manager and they didn’t even try to understand the frustration I am facing with. How could I possibly knew the lid is not damaged if I didn’t use it. The price tag was still on as well. But because it was washed They told me they can’t accept the return or even do the price adjustment. Learnt my lesson! I Will never buy anything from this...

This particular Marshall's on Bascom in the Pruneyard has always been one of my favorites. I can usually walk in there and find any number of goodies to satisfy my retail therapy session. The store is well-organized and relativey neat and clean. It's hard to keep these place looking like a fancy boutique, but the staff do a good job of trying. Each store has it's uniqueness and this one has a great shoe department for women. I was in there in the last month and picked up a few tops for summer wear. Love Marshall's family of stores.
