Taco Bell — Restaurant in San Jose

I typically love this location but tonight was really upsetting. I worked all day for NYE and just wanted to grab some food on my way home. Not only was the drive thru employee rude, but she didn't even give me the sauce I asked for. When I got to the speaker box to order she literally said "what do you want". When I finished ordering she said "is that it?" And I specifically asked for mild sauce. She didn't acknowledge it and gave me my total. When I pulled out, I checked the bag. Zero sauce, the tortillas for my soft tacos were cold, and my bean burrito was supposed to have no onions but it had onions. I'm a service worker-- I get it. Working holidays is tough. What's messed up though is taking your frustration out on people who have nothing to do with it and then messing with the food they paid for all while being completely unaware that other people are dealing with things too. She was even laughing with a coworker about messing up the previous customers order while I waited for mine. I'll probably skip this location next time and opt for the other one close to my house. She might be a new employee bc I never seen her before and I frequent this spot, but her energy was so negative. I don't like giving money to places where I'm treated like a burden for wanting to purchase product...

Problems when you pay for extra bean, or extra meat, or any other stuff, with your order you pay they're charging. Guess what when you check the ordrer. But you don't what you pay for. You check the order when you get home, and you look and see you got ripped off. First time OK, easy mistake, second time a little bit iffy. But three times and it was not busy inside and only car at drive thru. When you pick up your order and ask if the order is complete, she shines you off. You then ask the guy who took your order he ask tgd girl she ignores him, so ge says yes. Find it's not iout you are paying for extea nothing. When you are actually paid for nothing. Should have been checked before leaving. But really, one should not have too. Only at this location only this Taco Bell? I have any issues when I order tacos and burritos, only this one story road. I have been to many other locations. But here is the only one that has the issue with giving a complete order. This location you pay extra...

Although these taste delicious they were forgotten with our order at the drive thru 12:15am Sunday morning (young women working this particular night) we had to spend 30 min in the drive thru on a weekend and we were ok with that BUT when we got our order i had to stop and have my daughter check the bag because we have had issues in the past SOOOOOO once again items were missing.... my daughter had to pound on the locked door to get these young girls attention AND at the same time another customer was standing by the door because they forgot her 12 taco pack :( .... the 2 young ladies giving us the food THEY forgot HAD ATTITUDE.... ATTITUDE WHEN WE ORDERED AND ATTITUDE WHEN WE PAID!!!! Not sure if they were sad for their lives because they can’t party because they have to work on a weekend or that they make minimum wage BUT YA.... will not...
