Sometimes I like this starbucks. Sometimes I don't. Today I especially wasn't pleased. I get that it gets busy, and that there are multiple orders to fulfil..but that doesn't mean to ignore a customer's order. I pre-ordered my 1 DRINK..which is very quick to make..and I thought it would be done by the time I got there but it wasn't. I stood in the pickup line for like 30 min watching people who ordered after I got there get their order before I even did. I stood there being as patient as I can but I will only stand there so long before I feel like I was forgotten...and I was. I had to walk up to the counter, and ask them about my drink which they forgot about. I had to show them my receipt on my phone with the order just to prove to them I ordered a drink..
Noone bothered to ask me if I had gotten my drink yet, if I had gotten help, and there was ABSOLUTELY NO COMMUNICATION BETWEEN BARISTAS. The pickup counter had about 20 drinks just sitting there, and they didn't seem to care. They just kept piling drink after drink, letting them sit there, and didn't even call out names so people can pick them up if they are there.
Last time I was in, there was a barista who was very helpful..getting all the drinks out, calling names, doing what he's supposed to do sadly he wasn't working today. So my experience wasn't as easy as it...
Read moreI was very disappointed to learn that this Starbucks no longer provides hot water refills. This morning, I purchased tea and asked for a hot water refill, but Mark told me I had to buy something else to get one. This is the only Starbucks that has ever charged me for hot water. Immediately after, I went to the Starbucks in Milpitas, where they gladly provided it for free. Mark was neither kind nor professional—his response was harsh, and I will not be returning to this location. Restaurants used to give free water, but I guess we’re living in different times where Large Corporations live beyond the laws of the land.
By law, restaurants in California are required to provide free drinking water to their customers upon request. This applies to all establishments serving food and drink, including chains, independent restaurants, and even food trucks. This right is mandated by California Civil Code Section 114376.
But here you can’t even get tapwater for free, even when you have your own coffee mug. Update according to the website , as of January 2025 Starbucks, no longer offers free water. I still refuse to change my review because of the way that Mark relayed this information. He was very unprofessional and he should work on...
Read moreCame here on a Monday evening. worse service I ever had at a Starbucks!! ALL the employees here are rude! VERY rude! I ordered a nowhipped salted caramel mocha, first they run out of the salt, then they put whipcream on my order. I returned it and the barista said oh you should have told us, I said I did! The cashier girl just didnt put it down. Now they all gave me the worst attitude like Im a criminal or something!! Usually they have to make a brand new cup! this, they took the coffee back and literally just wipe out the whip and give it back to me! Very unprofessional team!
I never come back ever since although I live right around the corner, I'd rather go somewhere else. Avoid...
