Panda Express — Restaurant in San Jose

came in to order some food for lunch earlier. had one lady that was complaining about her order and didn't wanted to pay extra for whatever it is. the manager and two other cashier stopped what they were doing to listen to her complaints. while there is a line of customers waiting to pay... i wasted 25 minutes of my lunch!!!!! this is the worst customer experience ever!!! poor management skills!! the manager is trying to please a customer that doesn't wanted to pay and rewarding her by giving her free food. while there is a line of 15 + customers waiting to pay. a few customers left there oder and walked out. because it was taking way too long. if you are going to step foot in panda express don't set high expectations for panda express... you will diffintly be...

Another Panda Express. But, a crowded one that serves everyone on time. It's always busy, but the lines move fast. It's open up to 11PM and that's a blessing especially on this side of San Jose. Staff are quick and serve generously. Rice items are cooked well. None of them burnt or dried out like some other places. The chow mein is popular. Big place with lots of seating capacity. However in guessing the crowd mostly is for take out although it is packed. Food is obviously a better choice than burger king(yuk!) More filling and healthy. Money well spent. I order Panda Express from Grubhub. I got 1 Family Feast - 2 Full sides -Chow mien -fried rice -kung pao chicken -Beijing beef -firecracker shrimp

But 2 orders was missing Beijing beef and mushrooms chicken.
