I had a horrible experience at this place last Sunday. Went with a friend that wanted to eat a mofongo burger. As I walked in, I noticed the floor was slippery, not wet but most likely full of grease or something along that line. Had to walk very carefully so as not to fall. We sat down, the server was probably new. Took forever to come greet us. Had no clue what she had for drinks and had to keep walking up to the bar to see what they had. We ended up ordering some mojitos, they were really good which was the only good thing about the whole experience. My friend asks the server about the mofongo burger because she was told two days before even though it wasn't on the menu, they would make it. The server didn't know, asked the bartender, he didn't know either. The server said she would call the owner (?!!) and took our appetizer order. I ordered the sorrullos, no flavor and c'mon, do I really have to ask for mayo ketchup?! As we eat our appetizers, the server comes around. It had been a while since she was going to call the owner about the mofongo burger so I asked her what the owner said. She was like "oh yeah, they're making it" but I had not placed MY order. She just put in my friend's order and not mine. I ordered a regular burger just cheese and bacon. Asked for the burger to be cooked medium. Can't screw that up, right? Wrong! The patty was burned and so were the bacon pieces. I was given no ketchup, no napkins and the server was gone forever. I had to chug it with my drinks because I was starving and use the one napkin I had from my drink. Oh and the bathroom, oh the bathroom! One stall was out of service, the other was disgustinly dirty with what seemed like a pool of pee on the floor. So yeah,...

Read moreBy far the worst service I had at a bar or lack there of. I got one beer and I was ignored the whole time. The bartender spent the whole time hosting and singing karaoke and drinking. The server got the me the beer. The actual bar itself had 6 people. The rest of the place was dead except for a table that the bartender kept going to and singing karaoke with them. She never once came to me to see if I wanted something. I didn't even get to order food which is what I wanted. I was over it but spent the rest of my 30 min there just to ask for the check. I flagged the server and just gave her my card so I could get the hell out there. The food that I saw that others were eating looked really good....
